What became of the next batch of the replica jerseys that we were told we’ll receive? We also need the office to organize and even print the car stickers and door stickers and banners. These are the only way we can raise revenue to fund our Mighty Gor since we don’t have sponsors

    3. Ndaga posted on March 20, 2010:

True Robert, I’m also waiting for the jerseys, both home n away colours. We need to have all manner of merchandise to generate funds for k’ogalo. The sooner the jerseys are out the better.

    6. Peter Ouma Ohany posted on March 27, 2010:

Make Nakuru your home ground, K’Ogalo and witness a full stadium every time. People here are nostalgic of the great days of Gor dominance. Also the players must be serious with all the matches instead of waiting to chase the title at the close of league. Last season we would have taken the league if only we started seriously; we lost many matches at start and won many at close of league. Despite that we almost ran away with the trophy! Get the points today not tomorrow!

Am an ardent fan of Gor Mahia since the days of Omondi Korea, thanks for doing a lot on this website. Seem like someone is doing extra work to ensure that this website is up-to-date. However, where does your fans in the Muhoroni-Chemelil-Muhoroni get the Gor Mahia jersey. It looks like Gor plays beautiful football, has a red multitude of die hard fans and is one of the most illustrous football clubs in Kenya today…nonetheless, when it comes to the market strategy, we are in dooldrums. Why do I say so? It’s been a Month of Sundays since the newly elected official promise to unveil a sponsor, what happened. We must do more for funs alone are not enough to support the club to the greater heights that it should reach.

watching the game on sunday between Gor and Mahakama, i wondered who was the coach and who was the technical director. in most parts of the match Zedekiah Otieno was the one giving instructions and not the head coach who is Gideon Ochieng. i hope all the roles of the head coach and technical Director have been defined in such a way that we should not here of any squablles within the technical bench. Kogalo has come a long way and please lets use this forum highlight anything that we see can hinder the success of Gor so that it can be adressed on time.

    11. Oti Oluoch posted on April 8, 2010:

I suggest we lower our gate charges to 50 & 100 or 150 rasher and VIP respectively. By doing so K’ogalo faithfuls will troop in like I don’t know. Think about this.

    12. arthur posted on April 8, 2010:

lowering cost will deny club good cash!

    13. Oti Oluoch posted on April 9, 2010:

The replica jerseys are nice and are going like hot cake. Now let’s have the caps, scuffs, small flags and what have you. With this I think we shall generate more revenue and attract a potential sponsor e.g. Tuzo, Cocacola etc.

Now that Opiyo is back, let’s hope the tempo for last year will start picking and it will pick a higher notch be4 meeting Tusker. Is it true Gor is to meet with Tusker on 22 April at Nyayo? This date lies on a Thursday and the time is at 3pm. Is the date wrong or what? Somebody to clarify please.

    14. Peter Ohany posted on April 11, 2010:

To all Gor fans; put Gor logo as your phone wallpapers and screen-savers (not ManUs and Arsenals!) I can sambaza you if you want, the number is 0720578106

    15. Paul posted on April 13, 2010:

      Dear All Kogalo Fans,
I was in the City Stadium watching Gor Mahia Game agianst Posta Rangers. It was a niece game and Blackberry’s goal was the best goal I have seen in the Kenyan football. This boy is destined for many things only if he can maintain the same form and focus on improving his game.

It is time if club fans and wellwishers can come up with awards such as the best footballer of the month, best defender of the month, best striker of the month and best fan of the month. This will go in along way in motivating players and well behaviour of our Kogalo fans.

    16. Robert Owino aka "NYATIENG' posted on April 14, 2010:

Let’s meet in good time as we planned at Jevanjee Garden and head to Nakuru to offer our obvious support to our Mighty team.See you there.

    17. Collins Njiri posted on April 16, 2010:

K’ogallo what are our long term plans in terms of zonal/regional recruitment of talents, club accademy, nation wide projects in our name to attract fans and boost our funds kitty
      - we love the game but should not be played and managed in nyaluo style that one leave to the fans

    18. Ogenda C. Odhiambo posted on April 16, 2010:

Yes, it seems the main problem we are facing as fans is how we can market the team, to me all that I need is the replica jersy, am from Busia Border and as long as am alive I can bring people togather and meet along with others down to Nairobi to create a large fans base to support. So please let you give us what we want and we will shout to the top of our voice to let even the birds of the air know that “GOR BIRO, YAWNE YO”. Sales from the shirts can be as massive as what you may not think it can be. Let’s stand up for Gor Mahia the MIGHTY.

    19. Peter Ouma Ohany posted on April 21, 2010:

I watched Gor at afraha (against Red Berets), despite pitched being wrecked by a heavy rain ( I strongly feel the ref should have called off the match), those boys are good; they have potential. There’s only one weak spot in the team; GOAL KEEPING! GOAL KEEEEEPING! Find a replacement for Jerim, he’s too rush and undecided, sometimes even droping a harmless ball at the feet of opponents! This is discouraging to the other hard working ten members of the team.

    20. Peter Ouma Ohany posted on April 21, 2010:

We want Gor jerseys in Nakuru now that all Gor matches at Afraha are finished this season. We cannot wait untill next season when K’Ogalo will come back to Afraha (we dont even know if Red Berets will still be in the premier league! Unpredictable Ulinzi might go to Naivasha again next year. Shame on them).

    21. Peter Ouma Ohany posted on April 21, 2010:

The position the Brewers are currently occupying in the KPL standings is reserved for you, o great medicine man, make them know that tonight. Good luck K’Ogalo

    22. Dennis posted on April 22, 2010:

10 Matches have been played so far,we are playing beautiful football but have a very big problem with the Goalkeeper. Wekesa was not at his best yesterday but he is a good player. When are we seeing Opiyo Back ? I believe and trust that we can win the League if we maintain our form. Where can i buy the branded Kogallo Jersey in Nairobi?

    23. anthony kiragu posted on April 22, 2010:

gor management am apy wit ur mgmt thats why am now a gor fan plz we need those replica jerseys so that we can help our club take the premier league.kip the good organisation.

    24. Peter Ohany posted on April 22, 2010:

Harmless balls that Jerim keeps fumbling with in goal makes me nervous every time a shot is fired towards Gor’s goal. Every Gor fan fears the worst when an opponent shoots towards Jerim; no matter how harmless the shot. The rest of the boys are great. Wekesa is a great leftback, only on Wednesday he didnt have a good game.It happens to all great players; Messi, Ronaldo, Puyol etc. Better luck next time Chris.

    25. Peter Ohany posted on April 22, 2010:

Please K’Ogalo fans, lets maintain our dignity no matter how the outcome of matches. If we really love Gor lets not subject it to IDAC fines and penalties. We want the club to grow.

    26. Joe Kotolo posted on April 27, 2010:

We need the replica jersey as soon as yesterday. We love this club and want to make it the best in Africa. I also want to pay for life membership so whoever knows how I can go about this please show me the way. I was there when we did it in 1987 and the feeling has never faded away so lets take this club to where it was.

    27. Oti Oluoch posted on April 28, 2010:

For the replica jersey, you can get them at Uchumi Aga Khan walk, Uchumi Ngong Road, or even at Imenti House. Hurry Hurry, they are going like hot cake kwanza ladies buy them more than men. My wife took mine so I need to buy one for myself. 1000/= at Imenti minus printing of Num and name and at Uchumi is 1199/=.

Cud this so-called Secretary General in th name of Arum let th playing unit alone. we as fans hate him n he knows tht far 2 well! Let Giddy do his job!

    29. Oti Oluoch posted on May 1, 2010:

Wajama, lets focus on the league and forget about all this issues of technical bench. Give the players room to improve their talent because this is their livelihood. Most of them are the bread winners of their families. Wacheni mzozo itafukuza players wengine.

Yawa!!! We have to stop our “kidii” culture and stop organised thuggery..

WE WILL NOT GET A SPONSOR IF WE CONTINUE THREATENING REFS, OPPOSING PLAYERS, TEAM SECURITY STEWARDS, GOR OFFICIALS AND PLAYERS + COACHES

Last Wednesday a group of 10 shameless supporters threatened and harassed the Sofapaka fans… this was a shame

    34. Oti Oluoch posted on May 13, 2010:

Arthur, if you attend the training sessions then you are right but if you don’t please keep off this issue. Let’s support and motivate the players we have. Try to have faith with what you have and the team will be winning even without those that you have mentioned. Let’s forge ahead players and coaches come and go but Kogalo will be there for life.

    35. Peter Ohany posted on May 13, 2010:

Some fans are a disgrace to K’ogalo. Respect the players, technical staff & management. Some fans behave like they are the Union officials for the players when changes are made by management; others act like they are the IDAC when refs & linesmen dont perfom. This ‘kidi’ behaviour is primitive & jungleish and will only lead our club to more fines and displinary actions.

    36. Peter Ohany posted on May 14, 2010:

Very true, Oti. Players, technical staff and management come and go but K’Ogalo is forever!

    37. victor Oduor posted on May 15, 2010:

Gor is a good club but the fans give it a bad name

    38. Peter Ohany posted on May 16, 2010:

Kcb walale! Inch closer to the title, K’ogalo. To the management: please send some gor jersies to up-country supermarkets or sports houses. Be serious with the business that is Gor Mahia. This alone can bring in millions for the club.Dont sleep on the job!

    39. Peter Ohany posted on May 16, 2010:

Ingwe’s website shows even where to get their machandise from, country wide even abroad. Well done ‘Wild Cat’. K’Ogalo fans have to travel to NBI. Shame.
