Gor Mahia sued by Good Bread

Gor Mahia are facing a legal challenge from Good Bread Ltd with whom they had signed a bread branding deal earlier this season. Gor Mahia terminated the deal last week blaming Good Bread for not delivering their end of the bargain. They then signed a deal with Uzuri bread under the Elliots brand.

Good Bread have moved to block the deal. Gor Mahia official Ronald Ngala has revealed to Goal that they have received summons to appear in court over the matter. “Yes it is true that Good Bread have moved to court to contest our decision to sign another deal with Elliots.

“We will handle this matter internally because we had an exit clause when we signed the deal with them (Good Bread).” said Ngala to goal.com
