Gor Mahia take on Karuturi
Gor Mahia take on bottom side Karuturi Sports club. The latter have been having financial issues which have seen them lose a number of players and their dependable coach Michael Nam.
Although Bobby Williamson has won two matches on the trot he insists that his team cannot take its foot off the accelerator pedal. “Right now each game is like a final for us. We are at the top of the league and we have to play our best in all our matches so as to be in the best position to fight for this year’s title”. He told michezoafrika.com.
Gor Mahia will hope that the striking duo of Kiongera and Rama Salim will maintain their form. Kiongera has displayed a knack for clinical finishing that has seen him score two well taken goals in the last two matches. Rama Salim has been dangerous especially from dead ball situations. But above all the defence has been the bedrock of the team with Jerry “jagoal”, Owino “Calabar”, Mosoti Emuge, Nasio and Musa Mohamed all in fine form.
Karuturi for their part will be fighting tooth and nail to avoid relegation. They will have former Gor Mahia winger, the hard shooting John Kiplangat who is always super-motivated to play his old team.
Williamson happy with Start
Williamson has also praised the players, the clubs and the fans for making his start at the club easier. “I must say Gor is a great club. The players’ reception and easy adaptation to new style is a fantastic thing that many coaches have a problem with when they join new teams but my case has been different. I think the previous coach had laid a good foundation and my work has been easy, just to move on” He told michezoafrika.com
So for all the bad we’ve written about Loga, we must give him credit for the good work he did before he left. And he was probably right to leave because the club needed an injection of new ideas. A good coach knows when to leave.
2nil treatment, that’s probably the least we can take. Let’s up the tempo till the end boys, we must send a message!
I always believed Loga was doing a good job and its true its always good to know when to run.

I’ve always said administratively Loga was spot on.Probably he would have shot down this “youth” fiasco, thats why the EC had to force him out.Sadly tactically he’d reached his limit though maybe the EC “turned” the players against him.
But AR pulled a fast one on his colleagues by bringing in Bobby the 2nd. I’m really undecided about AR performance in office coz one/two good decision does not make up 4 lack of structures,financial opaqueness etc
contd..So with AR for me its a case of better the DEVIL you know.

Now that,not surprising remember Baragoi & Bumgona attacks, the police have washed their hands off the safety of Gor fans lets take the following actions.
1.Organize a huge “international” demo 2 the police stations around “tokowanda”demanding our right 2 b protected & 4 POLICE TO DO THE WORK THEY ARE BEING PAID 4.
2.Proceed 2 Muthurwa armed with 10,20,50 bobs & buy all the sodas,bananas,airtime etc & promise the same if they keep peace

Oduor 12 i feel you but just imagine that i disagree with you on Rachier mtoto wa kwetu…i think he has done his part he has done an excellent job but the next level needs a different person cos its during his reign that the sponsors and fans came back to the team and that’s tremendous but he is human the structures need someone else.
