  1. NSL side, Wazito FC couldn’t make count of their dominance as they failed to break a second-string Gor Mahia FC at Camp Toyoyo this Wednesday19 July.
The two sides played to a stalemate ahead of their respective league ties, where Gor Mahia is due to face
Muhoroni Youth as Wazito hit the road against GFE 105 this Saturday..

This is disappointing for a team that stood toe-to-toe with Everton less than a week ago.

  2. Dissapointed….bwana ni called Kerr, so far play 2 , drawn 1 , lost 1…. Worst record than Zico.

We are watching keenly bwana Kerr.

  3. 2nd string side mabuda, let’s give dem boyz a chance instead of sharpening our beaks at the slightest opportunity

  4. Why should I thank a team that has proved it can tower over Everton for drawing with a division 4 side?

Listen to the coach: Dylan Kerr has pointed out to his team’s lack of finishing prowess.
The Briton who oversaw Gor’s friendly against Wazito challenged the team on the need to back up good performance with the telling statistic of scoring goals.

“We played more well in the second half pressing our opponent (Wazito) back. Unfortunately, we didn’t have that composure in the final half and lost chances. It’s a problem we have had in many of our games……”.

“In football, you can play good football but that won’t count if you lack the final composure to put chances created in back of the net”, he observed.

Now why should I mislead the boys when coach Ker himself is dissatisfied?

    1. Finally someone in TB (and EC) is calling a spade a spade not a big spoon. GMFC’s major problem is and has been not putting away chances/scoring. Be it 1st eleven or second string, Jausenge or Jeconicah, against Everton or Mathare Utd. Its not a matter of how many times you hit the woodwork, being unlucky or boys enjoying themselves. Its about putting the ball at the back of the net, that’s a major factor as to winning matches/ titles. Now next is it a coaching / playing style problem or a player quality problem? What is the scoring rate of our lead strikers over the last 2 years? Goals scored versus matches played! A new broom sweeps more thorougly ALL CORNERS. Seems like Ker is a coach who wants to evaluate each and every player, PASSENGERS BEWARE!

  5. Okumbi’s all stars 0 Cordoba 4, eiiish, but we had jagoal and Musa in there and two KSharks as expected

    1. JTG, I was left with so many questions about Boniface Oluoch’s future as a GK. Remember that loss in West Africa vs Guinea Bissau? Then his positioning against Rooney? In deed Kigonya took full advantage of Bonnie’s misfortunes.

      1. @BB, Bonny seems to be erratic of late but I hope it will pass. Kigonya is Ugandan so is not a direct threat to Bonny in Harambee Stars. Matasi also is as erratic. Bonny remains Kenya’s top keeper in Origi’s absence but that title is directly under threat unless he improves drastically!!!

  6. Hehehe, Kerr endorses Jodala system …..”I have to adapt again to how Africans play. Try not to put it the british way or the European way but the African way, which is everything is infront of goal and everything is possession based,he added. “
