Kogalo held to a goalless draw

Gor Mahia’s chances of closing the gap on league leaders Ulinzi took a jolt when they were held to a 0-0 tie away to Karturi sports in Naivasha.
Despite being cheered by a large travelling band of fans who gave them a virtual home ground advantage, Kogalo appeared rusty in a lacklusture firsh half in which both teams created few chances.
The entry of Makori, Kiplagat and Ocholla in the second half enabled Gor Mahia to raise their game. However they could not break the deadlock despite numerous raids at the Karturi goal.
The tie leaves Kogalo in danger of falling 8 points behind Ulinzi should they win in Sunday.

Blackberry was down kabisa jana and coach should have substituted him in 1st half otherwise that was a massive spport that we gave K’ogalo from Nairobi to Karuturi .. Kudos Gor Mahia mayienga ma yiengo piny ..

WE still have hope and never say die till the last match. The performance was kidogo down especially the midfield and striking force. Kudos to the defense, they were good as usual, clean sheet. Bado kuna chance. We went we saw and we drew!!!

we were down. the mid-field is our let down in very many matches i have watched. being out of position, poor ball control and some times being too casual is our undoing. i wonder why that rasta mid-fielder is not in the team more often. his presence is always a stabilizing effect in the team. and why wait until late to bring a player like kiplagat. the guy is good. otherwise it was fan the way we went down to naivasha. that was a great feeling. we just hope the coach will pull up his socks tactically, and the players will do more on the pitch. kogalo juu sana

The boys were down even though we gave them massive support.May be it was because of the two weeks break, luckily Ulinzi drew too. we need not to looze any game now.

  • Let us all support our team. We might be down but let us continue fighting till the last game. Ulinzi can still drop points to Sony, Red Berets, Western Stima …..

  • Why can this official site be improved. You can’t compare this site with the facebook site of http://www.gormahia.co.ke Please the office, this site needs lots of improvement. This cant be Gor Mahia site. Can you borrow a leave from the facebook. The facebook are doing a marvelous job in promoting the team whilst our officials are just sleeping. The management of Gor mahia have started behaving like Mungiki. Now that the fans are getting back in droves, they decide to behave like matatu touts and increase the gate fee by 100%. Why increase Russia and main stand gates from 100/= to 200/= and 400/= to 500/= respectively? THIS IS NOT FAIR AT ALL AT ALL!!!

  • Oti Oluoch, before you post anything on this site, please consult widely. Who told you that the entry charges have been increased. What I know some quarters is that the main stand will be Kshs.400 and terrances will be Kshs.100.

For sure I know Gor can not fall to Afc for a secound time so I urge Maboys to up their games against Chui bcoz its death or life.Whether gates will be ksh.400 or not let us turn in big number to malize chui kabisa.

is it true that some Belgian guys are trucking Berry? If this is true then we need to bring in somebody like Owiti to take up the place before it is too late.Zedy should do something about that central midfield.those guys have to believe in themselves and possess the ball.Last week they were outplayed by Karuturi guys. The same thing happened with when we played sofapaka.
    Kogalo juu.
