Olunga headed to Sweden as Nuttall returns
As has been widely expected, Gor Mahia attacker is set to leave for Europe. His likely destination is Swedish side Djurgårdens IF Fotboll
He’s on his way here. Now we are simply trying to find a date that suits. We have talked to his club down there, and we agree. We have the green light by his club to talk to him and he’ll get the trip over here and meet us. Now we are working to resolve visa details. It is a very exciting player, said Djurgårdens sporting director Bosse Andersson Soccer Direct according to Swedish blog fotbollskanalen
Olunga has long been the subject of speculation with reports tying him to South Africa with Bidvest Wits FC and Morocco with Raja Casablanca.
Sweden is a good landing point for him in Europe. The likes of Wanyama, Mariga and others started their European sojourn in Sweden. Djurgårdens finished sixth last season in the Swedish top tier.
Meanwhile coach Frank Nuttall is set to return from Scotland where he has been on a well deserved holiday.
“The coach has been away on holiday and he is set to return tomorrow. He will take over the team and start preparing for the new season” said Ronald Ngala to futaa.com
As for Meddie Kagere, Gor Mahia will be leaving it up to the last moment to make a decision. They apparently have given him until January 14th to confirm whether he will renew his contract at the club.
He requested that we give him more time to make a decision and we are still waiting on him. The latest will be on January 14 because we will have to compile a list before sending it to CAF on January 15. If he agrees to stay well and good and if he does not then we will have to proceed and get other players who will replace him, Ngala told Futaa.com.
I like how professional Ngala is coming out. We only need two more likeminded. Keep it up
In my opinion he should have remained in Kenya for two more years. Inspite of the ineptness of our local game’s administration I think he should have showed confidence with his ability and stayed here to raise his name.
It would have also allowed him to better deal with pressure and develop as a team leader; many already see him as our future light.
Nevertheless, all the best to him

That’s good Mr Ngala What about cheche ?
The good news is that Tuyisenge has agreed to join Gor for a two-year contract. The bad news is that he cn only sign the docs after or during CHAN else he won’t be legible to play. That means he might miss out on our CAF campaign. All this is being coordinated by Aduda. Yes, the Aduda who left us some times back. Looks like Aduda knows how to connect the team with potential players as well as sponsors. I think we will have another great year
Aduda is actually the one who made most of the signings last year,a true CEO
Unfortunately there are some officials who it seems have been ‘fighting’ him
ok its important to give him time but we all know that he is a good player one cannot underestimate
ADUDA IS A BROKER , A GOOD ONE TO SAY OR IS IT MR 1% SO TO SPEAK …BUT FOR ME AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THESE LAST MINUTE SIGNINGS, EVEN WE COULD NOT GET OUR OWN DANNY ‘FLAVA’ BACK.
ONCE AGAIN OUR CONTINENTAL SQUAD WILL BE WEAK…MY APPEAL TO EC IS TO HALT IMPULSE BUYING AND FOCUS ON 1 OR 2 KEY SIGNINGS BEFORE END OF THE WEEK – 2 STRIKERS AND ONE DEFENDER AND WE ARE DONE.
gor is still rocking!!
We wish Olunga well and that is what K’Ogalo is about. We also have faith that those who will fill his shoes will do well,.
we will have a weak CAF squad;I wonder what those who bashed Kagere will say.Anyway once the club has money we will be able to keep a team or key players intact for at least 2 years.
