Rama Salim suspended

Former Gor Mahia player Rama Salim has been suspended by his Qatar side Al-Markhiya for gross misconduct.
The highly tempered forward is said to have exchanged blows with a team mate who had a bad tackle on him during training .
According to the club’s communication, the player has been suspended for two months for what was described as unacceptable behavior.
Recently the player was punished the Kenya premier league disciplinary committee for inappropriate player celebration while playing for Gor against AFC Leopards.

As usual I appeal that we improve our membership 2 hold the EC more accountable.Lets reject instant membership of shs.100 @ elections & have annually shs.600 which is shs.50pm.
Cum elections avoid unknowns & preferably give legends(Obwaka,Lule,Sianga,Makamu) a chance in a lean EC & full time CEO,FIN & ADMIN MGR.

What gor needs is a structured management with a lean office. This calls for a review of the clubs constituition. Soccer today is big business and as a club we must put structures in place to help us grow otherwise even ten years to come we will still be asking WHY some clubs are doing well while we are stagnant.
we must not just elect someone because he is blessed in oratory prowess because what we will get in return is lip service and that is what we are getting from the likes of Bwana. Even those being fronted here must come out and tell us what they intend to do for the club if at all they are interested. Today even transfer of players is shrouded with secrecy. we must change.
@Blogger Esperance was ahead of Kogalo un 1987 but Kogalo had some very good players.

Those suffering from knowledge deficiency will read an article and give it anarrow thought.Rama is a product of gormahia and any case of indiscipline may raise questions of where his talent was nurtured. Bottom line here is club managament. Retaliation is an offence and we all know it.
