An audio recording between president Sam Nyamweya and former Gor Mahia winger and now KEFWA Chairman Innocent Mutiso is currently doing rounds on social media.

In the recording , FKF chairman Sam Nyamweya is heard threatening to deregister KEFWA because its officials led by chairman Innocent Mutiso are supporting a rival group ahead of December national soccer elections .

In his phone conversation with Mutiso, Nyamweya says ” Mutiso, Mutiso, Mutiso hii siasa ya mpira wachana nayo, I will suspend you na utakwisha milele. You are supposed to be neutral , Who are you endorsing na hata hiyo nini yako we don’t recognize it. Tumeandika barua hiyo organization yako ipotee kabisa.”

Mutiso for his part vowed not to be cowed and even stated that he would organize a demo against FKF on Saturday

I hope he will not threaten voters during the FKF elections to vote for him……

I suppose it is time Kenya inflicts on itself a FIFA ban eg through peaceful field invasion of during international match etc if that is the only remaining avenue

No need to go to those extrême ends players may be affected n mark u even clubs Will b banned from participating in out of kenya tournements so Moi was removed after 24years by opposers merging n producing one candidate n since the current opposers are lone rangers nyamweya Will Win by landslide. The only people qualified to run for Fkf is Sammy shollei n Dan shikanda others are self seekers. people forget That nyamweya was YK92 n all of them are seriously entranched in This serikali. They cant neglect their own

@moses did ask me why i left out Luo owned companies as possible sponsors of gormahia. This Is m’y reply

People of nyanza n western as whole we belief That poverty is a disease without cure n when people of nyanza n western succeed in life by gathering extrême riches n éducation they build a barrier in their life with those who dont have n feel when they see the community poor perceive it as curse n Will Never do anything to alleviate This poverty again the want their community to sont n praise them n can do anything to stop others from ascending to riches as opposed to mt Kenya who hold meetings in night on how to assist those who dont ve

Some Luos have got extrême riches like n feature in who owns Kenya like phillip okundi.james rege.dalmas otieno.oduorl martin.kidero.awiti mp msa.ondego.jared okello.dick anyanga. N others but This people ve neglected other luos who are poor n the only way You got to see This people is during rallies n harambees to show off. They belief gormahia belong to thugs robbers maggers rapist n poverty stricken luos n hence no need to associate with it or support it. Mark u gormahia needs only 100million per year to run smoothly n among This Guys they Can pay without complaining. its high time we ask ourself if our leaders wants us to be in a state poverty of time all the times. Like we keep electing people who dont care n support us. Museveni has been supporting uganda cranes thats why it doing well. Kenneth kaunda used to support n personally attend matches of zambia national team thats why it was doing well. Look at governor of kisumu he doing nothing to uplift standards of kisumu stadium yet he will be elected in 2017. did u saw how That cape verde stadium was really nice .yet our governors cannot built those good simple bleacher stadiums. That said the onus responsibility with gormahia keep on filling the stadium n paying gate fees.

    • You are absolutely right but I don’t think it’s purely a luo thing. Kenya has no culture of social organization without profit being involved because it is wholly a capitalist nation. Only Cooperative unions exist, otherwise look at our inability to sustain political parties as an example.
The solution is to ape USA (franchising) or UK (joint-stock company) where sports teams are commercial ventures because this is the culture of their countries. Similar to us in how Mpesa or Equity can grow and be ingrained in public conscious but no social association outside of our ethnicities can.

@ Stadia, today you have opened my mind to what has been bothering me-the reasons why Luo-owned companies shun Gor. Thanks for the insight.
