Secretary General Ocholla accuses Rachier

After being suspended for insubordination, Gor Mahia’s new Secretary General Sam Ocholla has come out to defend himself. He says that he did have numerous discussions with the club before signing the FKF-Startimes deal and that he did it in good faith.

“Should we stop playing football beacuse of someone’s individual intetest?. I signed the document in good faith of the club.” said Ocholla

He also said:

1. I signed the document in good faith of the club and not due to my self interests. I signed the StarTimes contract document. The document is legal and valid! FKF to use it.

2. The letter I wrote to FKF is legal and remain standing.

3. FKF was to disburse 3M today to enable the club travel to Kigali and conduct Covid19 test.

4. The chairman suspended me without involving the Exco. I am a life member of the club and an elected official.

6. He’s waiting for funds from FKF to clear salary arrears.

7. FKF StarTimes deal is worth 330 million and each club will receive 10 million.

8. Gor Mahia has 4 accounts operated by former officials

9. Rachier and Ngala withdrew over 20 million from the club accounts over the last two months. They are yet to find out what the money was used for since the players are still owed salaries.

10. The current treasurer is not a signatory to any of Gor Mahia accounts (Rachier & Ngala have all the mandate)

11. Former SG Ronald Ngala is still a signatory of the club

12. Cash withdrawals to the tune of 20.5 Million from the club’s accounts were done behind the Exco and Executive officials knowldege by one Ronald Ngala. Where he took the money to is unknown. Ngala has 48hrs to return the money!

13. The club is in debt totaling to 120 million.

14. Under dealings are prevalent in the club. Cartels are working with current and former officials to sipphon the club.

15. Players have downed tools due to non-payment of salaries

16. Rachier used his title deeds to acquire loans in the name of the club last year.

People are raising a few thousand shillings for the players and the Chairman and his lieutenant Ronald Ngala are pocketing millions. And you can’t do anything.

I said it before that the treasurer is not a signatory to the club’s accounts.
She is incapable, by virtue of her training and experience, to run Gor Mahia finances. That’s why ADOR preferred her over a qualified accountant.

Thank you SG for sticking your neck out.
    To the sycophants:
1)if Rachier has a better media rights deal let him table it.
    2) if Rachier has funding for the Kigali match and to pay salaries arrears for players & TB let him pay up.

Wasuna & Dolfina owe their positions to ADOR’s endorsement.

Sam Ochola, apart from Rachier, is the only validly elected official and he can only be fired by a properly constituted AGM/SGM.

Either we have Gor Mahia F.C or Rachier Babes F.C being passed on as K’galo.
