Jasper Okelo, Gor Mahia’s second coach

Jasper Antipa Okelo coached Gor Mahia in 1973.  He had returned from the USA where he had gone for further studies. He attended Truman University and the Universiity of New York at Binghamton.  In 1968 he became assistant coach. In 1971 he became the Deputy Secretary General . Then In 1973 he became coach.  He later earned a PhD and became a distinguished scholar and lecturer of Economics at the University of Nairobi. .
