Gor Mahia edge FISA

Kenyan Premier League (KPL) side Gor Mahia beat Nairobi Provincial League (NPL) side FISA FC 3-2 in a friendly match played at the City Stadium on Thursday morning.

Kevin Ade Omondi, on loan to Gor from FISA, scored two goals to put the KPL side ahead but Robert Onyango, a former Gor player too, pulled one back for FISA from the spot just before the break.

Dan Sserenkuma made matters 3-1 in favour of Gor in the 64th minute but George Njuguna scored for FISA towards the end of the match.

FISA was using the match to prepare for their Saturday 7 September match against Witworth FC.
