{"id":14529,"date":"2019-04-03T02:31:48","date_gmt":"2019-04-03T02:31:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gormahia.net\/latest\/?p=14529"},"modified":"2019-04-03T02:31:49","modified_gmt":"2019-04-03T02:31:49","slug":"gor-mahia-fined-ksh-906000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gormahia.net\/latest\/news\/gor-mahia-fined-ksh-906000\/","title":{"rendered":"Gor Mahia fined Ksh 906,000"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Gor Mahia has been fined for unruly fan behaviour by the IDCC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional reporting from the Nation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>League champions Gor Mahia have been fined Sh300,000 by the \nKenya Premier League\u2019s Independent Disciplinary and Complaints Committee\n (IDCC) after it found <em>K\u2019Ogalo<\/em> supporters guilty of behaving in\n an unruly manner, destroying property, and injuring persons during a \nSportPesa Premier League match versus KCB at the Kenyatta Stadium in \nMachakos County on January 27 this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Separately, \nthe IDCC has also slapped the league champions with a Sh306,000 penalty \nin relation to the incident during the match that KCB won by a solitary \ngoal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This amount will be channelled towards repairing the damage caused by chaotic scenes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sh106,000\n of that amount is payable to Machakos County Government to repair two \ndamaged ambulances and the perimeter fence at the stadium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The remaining amount will be paid to KCB to repair its team bus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aduda: Tuyisenge is staying<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gor Mahia CEO Omondi Aduda has rubbished reports that striker Jacque Tuyisenge is soon leaving the club. Aduda says the  Rwandese  striker is still under contract. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTuyisenge is under contract with Gor Mahia until the year 2020 and  those reports, for now, are not factual. He is our player and any club  be it Simba or AS Vita who want to sign him have to talk to us before  talking to the player,&#8221; Aduda told Goal.com in an interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aduda further warned Simba of Tanzania not to engage in underhanded player tappping. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFifa rules are very clear on how the player transfer business should\n be conducted. The club that wants to sign a player from another club \nhas to approach the parent club well before making a move to the player \nhimself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIf any club will illegally approach our players without our permission, then be sure that we will take them to Fifa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aduda concluded that the club had a good chance of extending Tuyisenge&#8217;s stay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTalk about another player and not Tuyisenge.
