{"id":2494,"date":"2013-05-28T02:27:23","date_gmt":"2013-05-28T02:27:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gormahia.net\/latest\/?p=2494"},"modified":"2013-05-28T02:27:46","modified_gmt":"2013-05-28T02:27:46","slug":"gor-mahia-seeking-opiyos-signature","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gormahia.net\/latest\/news\/gor-mahia-seeking-opiyos-signature\/","title":{"rendered":"Gor Mahia seeking Opiyo&#8217;s signature"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gormahia.net\/images\/peter-opiyo.jpg\" width=\"505\" height=\"255\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Courtesy of goal.com<\/p>\n<p>Gor Mahia have started negotiations with champions Tusker FC in a bid to re-sign troubled midfielder Peter &#8216;Pinchez&#8217; Opiyo<\/p>\n<p>Troubled Tusker midfielder Peter Opiyo is headed back to his former club Gor Mahia after failing to nail a starting role at the league champions.<\/p>\n<p>Tusker coach Robert Matano has exclusively revealed to <strong>Goal.com<\/strong> that talks have began between the brewers and Gor Mahia after the player asked to leave in the June transfer window.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOpiyo asked to leave and we cannot hold onto him.
