height=\"151\" \/><\/p>\n<p>courtesy of futaa.com<\/p>\n<p>Ambrose Rachier has won another term at the Gor Mahia helm after beating his rival for the chairmanship Dr. Eric Adede in the club\u2019s elections held on Sunday 19 January at the Nyayo National Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>Rachier garnered a total of 808 votes in the exercise, while Dr. Adede managed 445.<\/p>\n<h3>Organising Secretary<\/h3>\n<p>In the Organising secretary general\u2019s post, David Kiilo managed a total of 484 votes to floor his two opponents Ochier Ogolla and Peter Ochieng by a slim margin.<\/p>\n<p>Ogolla managed 475 votes while Ochieng garnered 339.<\/p>\n<h3>Secretary General<\/h3>\n<p>Chris Omondi is the new Gor Mahia Secretary General as per the election results trickling in from the exercise conducted on Sunday 19 January at the Nyayo National Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>Omondi, vying against Tom <i>TJ <\/i>Oriko garnered a total of 826 voted to beat his competitor who managed 386 votes.<\/p>\n<p>Omondi will replace George Bwana who did not vie in the elections.<\/p>\n<h3>Vice Chairman<\/h3>\n<p>John Pesa is the new Gor Mahia vice chairman after beating incumbent Faiz ochieng in the polls conducted on Sunday 19 January at the Nyayo National Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>Pesa, a former Member of Parliament for Migori managed a total of 842 votes in the exercise beating Faiz who garnered 384.<\/p>\n<h3>Treasurer\/DSG<\/h3>\n<p>On the other fronts, Ken Otieno claimed the treasurer\u2019s spoils, garnering a total of 721 votes to beat Sally Bollo who managed 496 votes while on the Deputy secretary General post, Amina Oketch, nicknamed <i>Ferrari<\/i>, managed 719 votes to beat Roselinda Achieng who garnered 505 votes.<\/p>\n<h3>Elected Unopposed<\/h3>\n<p>Four officials in the Sunday 19 January Gor Mahia elections, held at the Nyayo National Stadium went through unopposed.<\/p>\n<p>Cleophas Okuku clinched the Assistant treasurer\u2019s post unchallenged while Jack Rowe sailed through unopposed in the Assistant Organising Secretary\u2019s post.<\/p>\n<p>There were as well easy pickings for George Ongundi who bagged the Assistant senior Vice Chairman\u2019s post unchallenged as was the case with the Senior Vice Chairman\u2019s post which was won by Francis Osuna.<\/p>\n<h3>New officials<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\"
