{"id":3991,"date":"2014-02-21T15:48:03","date_gmt":"2014-02-21T15:48:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gormahia.net\/latest\/?p=3991"},"modified":"2014-02-21T15:49:01","modified_gmt":"2014-02-21T15:49:01","slug":"gor-mahia-to-partner-with-diamond-trust-for-tickets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gormahia.net\/latest\/news\/gor-mahia-to-partner-with-diamond-trust-for-tickets\/","title":{"rendered":"Gor Mahia to partner with Diamond Trust for tickets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gormahia.net\/images\/logo.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"229\" \/><\/p>\n<p>courtesy of kenyanstar.co.ke<\/p>\n<p>Gor Mahia has partnered with Diamond Trust Bank and Pay Gate in a pilot programme that will see fans use automated cards instead of paying cash directly to watch matches.<\/p>\n<p>The bank becomes the first financial institution to openly enter into partnership with a local soccer club.<\/p>\n<p>The club official website reports that the new system will be rolled out\u00a0 in the match against City Stars to be played at Nairobi City Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe shall be using the card system service provided by Pay Gate for our match against City Stars. This will involve use of temporary chip cards that will be tapped for one to access the stadium. No cash will handled at the match venue and these cards will be retained at the point of entry.
