He further stated that the club must be paid its just dues in the transfer.\u00a0 &#8220;If he is to move, we want to be involved in any negotiations because he has been at Gor Mahia since he was a minor and we are therefore, entitled to any development fee that may accrue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fisa Academy,\u00a0 which owns the rights to Kevin Omondi has written to Gor Mahia asking them to release him so that he can join Moroka Swallows of South Africa, who have reportedly offered him a two year contract. But Omondi questioned the legitimacy of the move to Moroka Swallows. When he went to South Africa, we were told that he was attending trials at Ajax Cape Town. Now we are told he is to sign a contract with Moroka Swallows. It does not add up at all.<\/p>\n<p>Moroka Swallows finished 13th in the PSL last season and barely avoided relegation. &#8220;We are looking forward to seeing him in preseason.\u201d said Leon Prins the Swallows Chief executive to soccer laduma.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Patrick Oboya set to return<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/gormahia.net\/images\/oboya-stima-14.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"422\" height=\"232\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Gor Mahia forward Patrick Oboya who has been out of action for months now, will finally be able to play again. This after FIFA finally issued an International transfer certificate (ITC). Oboya has not played since FIFA raised doubts regarding whether an ITC was created when he left the Vietnamese league to return to Kenya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The document should be with us by<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"aqj\"><span data-term=\"goog_1609228278\">Friday<\/span><\/span>. He has already been cleared and we expect to use him in the second leg.\u201d said secretary general Chris Omondi to goal.com.<\/p>\n<p>The return of Oboya is the only good news that Gor Mahia fans have received of late. Oboya when in form is an excellent player. He played a key role in helping Gor Mahia capture the league totle last season.
