Nuttall has headed to Egypt where he will be an assistant coach at continental giants Zamalek.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuttall left immediately after the derby and as we speak he has arrived safely in Cairo. He will be unveiled on Tuesday but his first assignment will be this weekend when Zamalek takes on Union Douala in a Caf Champions League fixture,\u201d says blogger \/ agent Francis Gaitho<\/p>\n<p>Nuttall has been under pressure to slice his monthly salary in half.\u00a0 Matters came to a head when he was detained by the management of Serena hotel due to unpaid bills. Other reports suggested that he was not even on speaking terms with club management and perhaps with certain players. Such a situation is untenable.
