But such is the case with fast rising youngstar Eric Ouma &#8220;Marcelo&#8221;. Not much was thought of him when he joined Kogalo straight from Kakamega high school. But ever since he was given a chance to showcase his abilities, he has proven his mettle.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday yet again he played a pivotal role in Gor Mahia&#8217;s win over Thika United with pin-point deliveries to Jacque Tuyisenge that resulted in both goals.<\/p>\n<p>Brazilian Tactician Ze Maria who also refers to his charge as &#8220;Marcelo&#8221; is full of praise for the youngster.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe gives us quality and more dimension. He\u2019s a quality player and at his age, he has a lot to offer and we are pleased to have him.\u201d he said to the Nation.<\/p>\n<p>Ouma appears strong balanced and comfortable both in attack and defence, something he credits to the fact that he has played in all positions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m a utility player and can play in any position.
