Sam Omollo Pamzo Gor's New Assistant Coach or pundit?

Sammy Omollo Pamzo has been appointed the new Gor Mahia Assistant coach.
As the immediate former Posta Ranger head coach Pamzo in my view has not impressed much despite his CAF class A qualifications hence his being released.
Oti Maviatu / Oti Majums is however a popular football pundit who I hope will be able to benefit the players using his experience both as a player and coach.
I must wonder why Jua Kali was overlooked?
Lastly the problem in Gor Mahia could be deeper than any coach can solve.
