Gor Mahia manager John Bobby Ogolla is an angry man after the match against AFC Leopards on Sunday afternoon. Ogolla not only cited the red card situation but also other countless tackles on his players which left two of them substituted with injuries.

“The referee messed up the game. He came with a fixed mind and he was very inconsistent. The referees should really pull up their socks because this is not where we should be going. Rama Salim was intentionally kicked, Kelvin Omondi was also hacked down twice heading to goal, Kitawi was also hacked and we were forced to sub him, all these went un questioned by the referee”, he says.

“The fans are human beings and we cannot blame them. Though that is not the kind of action we should resort to, they were irked by the referee who was constantly frustrating us.”, he adds.

Ogolla has also blamed the police for firing tear gas at the Gor fans saying that it made the atmosphere worse.

“Were the Gor fans fighting themselves? Then why did they blast tear gas only on the Gor Fans? Police should not have fired the tear gas because that only worked to worsen the situation. I am very disappointed”, he says.

On the match, Ogolla says that he is content with the team as it has been building up step by step each day.

“I am encouraged by the boys. Step by step we are coming up and we are getting better. All in all  I am delighted with the point because it is better than none”, he adds

This is unbelievable. A whole legendary coach trying to justify the actions of dragged and thuggery fans. At no time should anyone throw stones and destroy people’s property like cars and lose people’s lives and we defend their actions. JBO should know better. These so called fans are alienating this club from the future and past fan base. Pls JBO condemn these actions and don play to fan gallery. They are the same ones who will haunt you out of the bench when results will become wanting.

  • omwami weingo says:

who is this that came with stones? This are the guys the police were looking for……. answering with tear gas.
Gor …….The ref was good for this particular day.

  • Eblazing says:

JBO questions the rationale in targeting the Gor side of fans by the police. Surely in all sense and purpose Gor fans invaded the intended buffer zone above gate 6. They started throwing objects on the field as soon as the card was issued. However enraged you are fans should never be justified for their troubles. If this was in developed soccer worlds like Europe, Gor would be banned for a very long time. I hope Bobby revises this kind of reckless statement.

  • Sir Jerry says:

Eblazing take ur nonsense to efusi blog,y r u talking as if u heard the match over the radio? We all saw the reckless tackles of efusi players, they didn’t come to play soccer but to injure our players, what did your red do? So for us to protect our players if the ref can’t do it is wrong so b it and al do it again if the below par officiating continues, I believe we have exorcised the ghosts, let the kpl begin officially. Well done boys and true k’ogalo followers.

  • Eblazing says:

@Sir Jerry, Am a true Gor fan. If you believe everyone is supposed to be a yes man sorry. Live and stand by your so called Sir. You are one of the guys who spoil this team’s standing. You believe Gor is only for a given section. This is a world brand and you wont push us out when we don subscribe to your whims.

  • Mboya says:

First I want congratulate the players-both sides, the bench (T) and the country. Secondly aword of caution to the referee, please restrain yourself in matches of that kind. thirdly, would want to request KPL to pick mature and experience referees for that kind of a match.

For the fans, you did you part, thank you coz you listened to the players request.

JBO, You are getting somewhere, please move in that direction.

    Thank you all,

  • David Ochieng Wamuoso says:

We were looking for the light at the end of that tunnel and it seems JBO has installed electricity throughout that tunnel. WELL DONE BOYS! WE BEGIN FROM THERE!

  • Ja Thur gi ji says:

Noted the two guys above have had an exchange. Sir Jerry its ok we were so much wronged and all anger was in the air, even myself, considering how the ref and his linesmen had handled the game to that crucial moment, but we needed to be a bit civil how we handled the situation.

Now to Eblazing, coaches have a right to react to situations like the one we saw yesterday and JBO is not exceptional. It was shocking the way Gor players were mowed down from the word go and the ref just waved play on; twice Bagaye was in clear offside positions but the linesman did nothing; a Gor player was down on the touchline as a result of those rough tackles and the ref chose that moment to give a straight red card to another.

To GMT why this man all the time Gor is involved in crucial ties, why? Is he being planted deliberately for a purpose? What a tactless man for this kind of game.

To Magelo, AFC Chairman why have you not commented on the state of officiating? Or you like it the way it was? Kindly have some reasoned judgement and avoid inflamatory statements, how does it help you if Gor suffers? Instead of cooling issues you want to stroke further fires? This thing appears to me to go beyond the confines of football and the stadium. We are watching.

Otherwise team GOR MAHIA you guys are on the right path and the only place to go is up and up to the top, with or without super eight.

  • Dan says:

Last year during the ill-fated Top 8 match AFC caused the abondonement and while GM fans were peacefully singing they found themselves teargassed. Why the double standards. We all condemn hooliganism the issue is that we should not get ourselves in a situation which can fuel it. The ref should have stamped his authority from the first minute when Rama was consistently being hacked down

  • OKIYA says:

I CONDEMN THE INCIDENCE THAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY,GOR FANS PLEASE MATURE. THE SAME REFREE UR DISPUTING OFFICIATED ONE OF YOUR FRIENDLY MATCHES,THERE IS A BETTER WAY TO AIR OUR GRIEVANCES NOT BY SPOILING PEOPLES PROPERTY.

  • Orito Bernard says:

Congratulations to our dedicated players. They played extremely well and signs of good things to come can be noticed. I agree with Boby, he has to protest because surely Gor players were not protected by the referee. @7 Ja Thur gi ji, you have said it all and thanks bro for the candid reply. I can see we are now heading somewhere.

  • arrumtiddi says:

Condolences,to the fan(s)who lost lives (if confirmed, coz nothing has been confirmed yet,and God forbid). To the injured ones, please get well soon.
Going through various sports discussion pages on the blogs and even on twitter, its’ hard to get any objective debates. What is going on is just’us vs them’.
From the onset,i strongly condemn all cases of hooliganism and violence that took place yesterday.
I think gor ahia fans had a case concerning referreing, but i dont agree with the way a section of our fans ‘aired their greviances’.Ali abondos’ challenge on Amon muchiri, looked like a straight red from where i was seated, but looking at replays later, you have a feeling that it was rather harsh red card.Anyway since the referee didnt’ have the benefits of seeing a replay, lets’ give him the benefit of doubt.
But what irked gor fan,is that only afew minutes, before the abondo/muchiri incident, kevin omondi(daddy),had been hacked down the left by i think, edwin barasa.Clear red card.Tackle from behind, with malice(please, anybody can watch the replays).Rama salim was consantly being bundled about, kitawi was elbowed and fouled several times. But to be fair to the referees, allan wanga had a strong penalty appeal waved on.Generally gor felt that they had been sinned againts more than, afc, but still disrupting the match wasnt’ the best of things to do.
As for the skirmishes which took place outside the stadium and after the match,i think that is a matter well left to the police.Again one more question, how did the stones and the bottles, get there way into the stadium yet searches were done at all points of entry?
Finally, somebody called victor ali a disgrace and a liability to gor mahia.Be informed that YOU! are the disgrace and liability in this team.Next match,we shall give you the jersey no10,to play.

  • arrumtiddi says:

I got the idiots’ name,@mcosweto post 13,the previous article. How dare you refer to a player as a disgrace and a liability?YOU! are a disgrace and a liability not only to this blog, but to gor mahia in particular and kenyan football in general.Come with boots,on our next match,we shall give you victor abondos’ jersey no10,to play.Do you want to start on the pitch,or come in as a substitute?SHAME ON YOU!

  • ochigah says:

Gor iko tu sawa. I’m eager to watch the next match against Rangers Gor Biro yawne yooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • Jarabuon says:

Gor Mahia hooligans have brought shame and dishonor to the club. This kind of primitive ghetto-like behavior cannot be accepted in a modern civilized society. These are criminals/thugs and they should be treated with contempt they deserve. They belong behind bars and should not be allowed in football stadiums. Bravo to the fans who behaved in a civilized manner and did not join the mayhem. It is a high time GM management come up with modality on how to sensitize their fans about the kind of conduct expected of them. These hooligans give GM a bad image.

  • dinga says:

the gor EC and tech bench should not defend such crime. this is what i would call resorting to “ruto mentality”(pls understand that if ur called ruto, this is not about u, its simply a term i heard). lie,lie and defend LIES without blinking. the guys i refer to as the adidas guys are simply the the hooligans. on gor marketing adidas and being sponsored by leagea. i will leave that until the day the coca-cola salesman starts selling pepsi. but to go back to the recent event, JBO is one guy i watched play, but 2day his utterances disappoint, how does he say that the red card was not justified, true gor guys went down with hard tackles, but they were not kunfu kicks…if the ref did little to caution then there is an arena for such cases. i still hold the gor EC to blame. was abondo revenging, baloteli was seen leaving a red light joint, what happened , the management talks to him and he knows the cost his behaviour does to the club. has the gor EC ever thought of talking to these neanderthals referred to here as fans, my hypothesis is simply that these adidas guys are simply holding the EC by the balls. killing afc fans will surely “up” ur image- yeah, more into a pit latrine. the gor supporters should not only advocate but demand that the average behaviour change and the implementation starts with the EC.

  • Wuon Paul says:

It seems like the centre refree had deciced the outcome of the match in advance and on realising that the mission wouldn’t be achieved,he had to do what he did, however we may have overreacted which may have been the case with our mashemejis
Concerning the match we’re an improved team and if we will get the first goal then it will all be easy.
It’s also a matter of three to four matches be4 Kasaya,Owino are called for trials in the national team.
All the best for the wed.game.

  • jakoyo says:

JBO STOP ACTING CHILDISH…..GOR MAHIA ONCE AGAIN LACKED INTELLIGENCE UPFRONT, NO CHANCES CREATED AND ABONDO’S TACKLE WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM A RED CARD , A FINE AND SUSPENSION OF AT LEAST 3 MONTHS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. IT WAS SILLY AND CAN COST A PLAYER HIS CAREER !!! AS FOR THE FANS, I UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION BUT PLEASE WE HAVE ENOUGH PROBLEMS AT THE MOMENT THE LAST THING WE WANT TO HEAR IS PUNISHMENT FROM KFF OR FKL. SHAME ON YOU STONE THROWERS, YOU BELONG TO THE STONE AGE !!!

  • wuo Ahero says:

I honestly do not see anything wrong with Sir bobbys comments! When Gor players were being hacked down the ref just stood. When you have to make substitutions due to reckless tackles it definately interferes with the game plan. Leopards knew just too well whom to direct their reckless tackles to and strange they got away with it
He clearly states that though is not the action the funs were to resort to. Kudos Sir Bobby!!

  • SIR JERRY says:

@16 jabilo hope u r not drunk, how dare u refer to JBO comments as childish, withdraw ur statements and apologize,if u can’t support the team at at this trying moments u better shut up or look for another team, the whole team is trying to shake off the poor run and u r here bizy yapping out pls style up and b loyal, meru en meru kata en muofu!!!!

  • MR .SOO says:

JBO Comments was the most fairest, considering what the ref and police did to the home team.i was sitting on the far east were the canisters were directed.from the on set,the omweno’s of this world was fovering one side(EFUSI).we were patient enough up to were he decided to produced the red card.
But what irked gor fan,is that only afew minutes, before the incident, kevo omondi, had been hacked down,Red card.Rama salim was constantly being bundled about, kitawi was elbowed and fouled several times. But to be fair to the GOR fans, the red card was robbery without violence and on the day light.Generally gor felt that they had been sinned againts more than, chingwe, but still disrupting the match wasnt’ the best of things to do.
Again one more question, how did the stones and the bottles, get there way into the stadium yet searches were done at all points of entry?

Finally, somebody called victor ali a disgrace and a liability to gor mahia.Be informed that YOU! are the disgrace and liability in this team.if you have nothing to say, shut up!!!.for the players go go Gor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • paw says:

most people want to complain and we want results ,the draw was a result considering Gor’s form at the moment and to Bobbi, please don’t listen to any negative comments i was expecting at-least 3-0 in favor of ingwe and i want to agree with you that the team is improving just show us how to score goals.

  • Opuk raronge says:

    3 FACTS:

    1) The refereeing was biased all historical factors considered.

    2) Our game is on the way up, we would have been leading by 2 goals by half – midfield is great but striking is lacking – wapi lavatsa? Our defence did well to make wanga and co look ordinary. Kudos to Kassaya.

    3) JBO comments referred to all Gor fans in majority (we know the chaos were caused by a select group of retarded drunks hellbent on tainting Kogalo’s mighty image)99% of the fans though aggrieved by 1) above never considered the violence option.

Solution – Kick out these malcreants from our future games.

  • odede JL says:

JBO , Good work on the team, hopefully our next game will be the start of good things.I did not agree with the officating yesterday but that is no room for hooliganism.sOME PEOPLE COME TO WATCH THE MATCH AFTER SMOKIN BANG! this should stop.Overal, we played well

  • otieno okwiri says:

@ dinga that adidas comment is very unfortunate i trully believe that those legea replica jerseys are a waste they dont sponsor us, we buy from them at exorbitant prices and the money we make from the sale of the shirts is paltry the whole deal stinks, the worst part is the blue away kit, those are tuzo’s colours and not GMs its selling our soul, our colours are green and white and wearing someone else’s is just selling our soul for cheap,

  • jb says:

i have a lot of bones to pick with owmeno his is sub standard and that is what in kenya is called the best referee then kenyan football is all my foot !!!!!!!!!i can remeber last year in our game against ulinzi in nakuru he booked ochomo have broken clear of ulinzi defence the fag was down as ochomo prepared to shoot the ball he blew the whistle and booked him !!!!!!!!!!!! to the amazement of even ulinzi captain who went and questined him there were other red card incidents which he did not take note kitawis elbow , daddys case clipping of rama by aplayer he had booked earlier i cannot comment on hooliganism more cos from the way we are treating things it will stay for along long time we must all grow up what is happening in kpl is total gisgrace to football in the whole world this stadium too should be pulled down it is diaster in waiting the two sets of fans must be separed for atleast 30 minutes from the stadium and home team should reserve allocation to visiting team it happens at the san siro ,south africa if you let two fool mingle like that war is the result to hell with kpl

  • gerry says:

    The league has now started!

  • fred Odhiambo says:

eblazing do you know how to read really?JBO was clear,he said that was not the action fans should have resorted to!!Acts of hooliganism should always be condemned. However, the league needs a strong ref for this kind of game. For me,the tackle, which i think was a high boot….which every player does, did not warrant a red card.A 2 footed lunge is what we expect a straight red. However the game was good and solid save for the fracas!!

  • David Ochieng Wamuoso says:

Is this Eblazing man a masquerader? I fear that his comments are not in tow with a true Gor follower! Bobby has been a player since when Eblazing had not been born! and to question the intelligence of Bob with comments on fans and football in general is like trying to poison the whole of lake Victoria with your urine! Kwenda kabisa!

  • OKOTH JABILO says:

@ Post 18 SIR JERRY it is like you want to hear my take on all this derby saga since you have not read me as from yesterday but with all due respect you seem to be confusing OKOTH JABILO with that idiot called Jakoyo who has nothing in between his two ears.

Please SIR JERRY be informed that JABILO is a seasonal blogger and very much respected personality on this BLOG who can not be-little JBO in that stupid manner as posted JAKOYO @16.

@ SIR JERRY the reason why am quiet is because the result did not reflect the kind of outcome that “JO-NDHIWA” had predicted. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BEAT AFC 2-0, but they were lucky to have been helped out by the biased referee decisions. Its unfortunate that we could not control our emotions, but poor refereeing in such high-octane matches will always trigger hooliganism.

I got worked up in the second half when Masika missed a clearance only for Kiplagat to round him off and then he is adjudged to be off-side. Kevo side stepped Baraza on the flanks and then he was hacked down but no card was awarded. AFC players cleverly made sure that RAMA,KITAWI and KEVO were inflicted tactical injury to spoil the game but the referee refused to protect our players. I support JBO comments 100% and for those calling others ADIDAS and blaming RUSSIA fans my only advice to them is that as much as you will them “STONE EDGE” character or what ever but charity begins at home.

WHY WAS MISSILES FLYING FROM THE MAIN STAND AND YET THAT IS WHERE “THE LEGEA’S SEAT COMFORTABLE”?.

THE ANSWER IS STRAIGHT FORWARD. IT’S PURELY EMOTIONS DUE TO PARTISAN DECISION BY THE OFFICIATING UMPIRE AND SAM NYAMWEYA DID SAY IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE MATCH “BRING A HIGH CALIBRE AND NON PARTISAN REFEREE EVEN FROM ACROSS THE BORDER AT COST” AND THAT WILL SAVE THE SKIRMISHES,HOOLIGANISM AND THE HULLABALOO ON OUR FOOTBALL MATCHES PITTING AFC Vs K’OGALO.

Sorry for those who got injured, died or had their property damaged in the process but that how this derby have been ever since time immemorial. Please be careful and always put your personal and property security interest first during this derbies.

ANYWAY THANK YOU SIX MILLION TIMES JBO, PLAYERS, MAFANS WOTE WA KOGALO BE THEY “ADIDAS” OR “LEGEA”.

I HAVE WILL NOT REGRET HOOLIGANISM IF THAT IS THE LANGUAGE THAT WILL MAKE REFEREE TO BE FAIR.

It happened during ULINZI super eight last year, during AFC FKL cup matches and it is bound to happen again and again if we do not up our officiating standards.

I HOPE SIR JERRY YOU NOW HAVE MY TAKE AND LET THE ISSUE REST ONCE AND FOR ALL.

  • F.A.O. Ouma says:

I commend JBO for the motivation and team spirit he has instilled in the team during his brief stint. I however disagree totally with his comments on match officials and the perceived justification for the thuggish behaviour by ‘Gor Mahia’fans that ensued. It is time the true Gor Mahia fans stood up to be counted! No serious corporate sponsor will want to be associated the club as long as hooliganism is the norm. There are only two paths for Gor Mahia, Glory or Ruin.. Please choose one!

  • Eblazing says:

Am Eblazing and calling as it is. Those who can crucify me do so for telling as it is. Grow up those who cant take criticisms in their stride.

  • KPL wake up to your responsibilty and ensure only competent, and impartial refrees officiate KPL matches.

Football fans are well aware of the rules of the game. Ensure fair application of the rules, and you can be assured, you will not witness ugly scenes in our stadia.

The officiating on sunday was deplorable, the fans reaction was disgusting. Remember they were provoked by inept and impartial officiating.

Please ensure correct, equitable application of justice to all teams, and you will rid Kenyan football of draconian reactions as witnessed yesterday

  • Orito Bernard says:

Eblazing, I actually don’t agree with you at all in this particular issue of the JBO comment, but again I must respect your opinion and I can tell how you feel about this. Some bloggers think they own others and don’t let this break your day. We can not all think and reason together. I can see you came too strongly on JBO but for someone to refere to another as ‘idiot’, hmm! thats very sad and discouraging.

  • arthur okello says:

We had kept too long about those reckless tackles from ingwe, referee assumed alot.Directing teargas to one direction was also unfair.Ilike the way coach commemts let him protect his club the way wenger does in England

refereeing ref ref ref is precisely what i can say is the major desease at kpl matches.omweno was too nervy and imature in his decisions.kenya referees body do not hide you will soon be charged for murder if these unfit parttimers continue to blow the whistle.it si not just gor, tusker vs sher was also a mess etc.

  • Dan says:

Now AFC have demanded that GM be thrown out of the league else they will forfeit the points for all GM matches. A case of a pot calling the kettle black.

THE FANS WERE RIGHT AND THOSE WHO ARE CRITICIZING THE FANS CAN GO TO ####…WE AS FANS HAVE FEELINGS TOO…THE POLICE ACT OF ATTACKING THE GOR FANS AS IF THEY WERE FIGHTING AGAINST THEMSELVES WAS A SHAME THEY SHUD STYLE UP..OUR TEAM IS GETTING BETTER AND THATS WHAT WE WANT FULL STOP .BIG UP SIR BOBBY

  • OGANGO TRAILER says:

@ 29 Orito that is very gentleman of you, but when people fail to internalize JBO comments i will not regret if they called names. At times its imperative that stupidity is tackled bare knuckles for reasoning to sink in their heads.

@ 28 Eblazing you seem to suffering from selective amnesia. Why don’t you read JBO’s comment conclusively and appreciate he was concern with the way the referee handled GOR MAHIA players during playing time as the reason that triggered violence but at the same time he concludes that it is not the right away to sort out the issue.SHETANI ASHINDWE WEWE… Why dont look for an alternative team to support since you are unhappy.

@Ja ngere sorry for what happened to you car. I read on the previous blog that the “ADIDAS goons or was it “The Legea” who damaged your car yesterday during the derby due to poor officiating. POLE SANA OSIEPNA.

But i did warn you last time year when “THE K’GALO HOOLIGANS” destroyed the ulinzi bus not to attempt or risk your assets by parking around nyayo stadium. Ja Ngere you are in NAIROBI and NAI-ROBBERS” take advantage during derbies, Please when will you learn to leave the village mentality in NGERE. At times you guys you are very interesting.

GOR MAHIA has all kind of thugs and goons that is difficult to manage. Some wear “TUZO LEGEA” ,others wear “GREEN or WHITE ADIDAS”, while others appear in their casual outfit. This guys took a whole crate of soda from poor a vendor and disappeared with it without paying thus forcing the EC to settle the bill, i am also aware that some mis-behaved in Thika and Karuturi by running away without paying bills.

But GOR MAHIA HOOLIGANS have one special thing in common; mainly being able to sneak hard stuffs and drinks and then intoxicate themselves inside the stadium. If the EC can address the issue of stopping the fans from being able intoxicate themselves during our matches, then the remaining 50% of what influence hooliganism will be managed inside the stadium by the support of fans, youths and security personnel.

  • Eblazing says:

Thank you Orito @ 29. If you look thru my comments I never insulted anyone but the likes of I don know who, think can dictate to anyone. Never. Not in this time and age. I heed your advice sir. ‘Sir’ refering to @ 29 no one should mistake that.

  • SHAME AND SHAME

My heart sinks whenever the lives of innocent lives of fans is at risk. I was at the main stand and what i witnessed was shameful and a cowardice act. You cannot justify the mayhem that ensued with the decision taken by the center referee. In civilised societies, the team that felt offended had other avenues to raise their complaints. The section of Gor Mahia fans who dared the security personnel assigned there displayed a too familiar face of thus club- they cannot tolerate the outcome of the match. This incidence brings back memories of the last season when the two teams met during the Top 8 cup tournament.

The goons did spare the innocent motorists using Mombasa road and other rouads around the stadium.I have stated severally this club is followed by innocent blood whenever they go and every season. I have no apology for my opinion.

Going forward, a select commuter of eminent persons be established and advice the club accordingly. Another option is to invite a select committee of parliament to come and investigate the matter and advice parliament in order bring sanity to our football. We cannot afford to loose innocent lives every season. It is unacceptable. Meanwhile I have also decided to take precautionary measures as a loyal fan of K’Ogalo.

  • odhiambo p. Owuor says:

To Jakoyo, you are a voice of reason. We played without purpose! The penalty was justified. These hooligans must know the rules of football. Where do they get all the stones they throw on the pitch if their aim is not to cause mayhem whenever results do not go their way? When will these hooligans grow into civilised fans?

  • Orito Bernard says:

What can be done?. Just imagine fans taking hard stuff right inside the stadium. Suppose gate charges are increased say like ksh. 1000 can this help avoid thugs in the stadium. These pple are not grown ups, they hurl all big dirty words. The first guy who threw an empty bottle was right next to me. He looked respectfull all the time and all over sudden I cant tell why he lost his head, i was scared to death. I don’t understand if one would be able to watch a match under the influence of these hard stuff. Surely, there is a problem and its a real problem.

  • chichi says:

Gor mahia should learn to accept defeat and the referee’s decision,s top bringing shame to the whole football fraternity

  • OGANGO TRAILER says:

@33 Eblazing i pity you for being one of the most frustrated K’OGALO fan because things will never happen your way. Before the derby day i urged you to stop your “NGATIVE AND PESSIMISTIC MINDSET” and rally behind your team no matter the prevailing statistic and it is like you ignored. You were crying why K’OGALO players were not being motivated by incentives compared to AFC.

This blog has archives and if you can recall your comments on post NO:9 on the lead story”ITS DERBY TIME” you declared that you were “AFRAID THIS TIME ROUND”.

As a matter of fact for you a draw was a better result but you had predicted K’OGALO to the whipping boys in waiting. Now that JBO did his bit and held AFC with 10 player during the last 20 minutes of play, besides being forced to change his game plan earlier in the first half due to unexpected but intentional inflicted injury to his mid-fielders namely RAMA,KEVO and KITAWI. Did you expect BOBBY to support the biased officiating and castigate the resultant hooliganism due to bias officiating.

Since you admire AFC why not cross-over and join them? UJALAZIMISHWA TO BE IN GOR!!! “SHAPE UP OR SHIP OUT”!!!

  • Dan says:

Breaking news: Gor – AFC to play in Mombasa.
Let’s see AFC effecting their threat not to play GM again. Just because they were the favourites and didn’t win should not be a reason for them to ask our EC to resign. Why didn’t their EC resign when they abondoned the Super 8 match last year.
As GM fans we don’t deny that we have goons in our midst. So does shemejis. Last year we saw their fan whipping a linesman at Bukhungu and to them that is a well-behaved fan. So as we shout at the roof tops for our fans to behave (which they must) I can assure you that immdiately results will not be going the shemejis way the roles will be reversed. And from what I have observed in the last few games it’s just a matter of time.
As GM followers this is the time to rally behind our EC, the players and technical bench as we condemn and do some football education on our fans.

  • Jackowili says:

@Okoth Jabilo in post 27 I beg to differ. You have described yourself as a seasonal blogger but that is not what I know. There is no way you can be seasonal judging from your input and sense of leadership. Sir you are a doyen of this blog with unparalleled maturity…a whole walking encyclopaedia to any postgraduate sociology student who would wish to major in Jo-Ndhiwa and Nyawawa mythology. With all that I would only describe you as SEASONED. You indeed are a seasoned blogger with so much to offer to the uninitiated.

Whatever JBO said is very clear and anyone who is unable to read it should be put in the list of our prayer items. Any mature coach worth his salt would say exactly that and to call Sir Bobby childish can only reminds me of that Swahili saying that some very noisy animal cannot see some of its body parts.

Fellow bloggers…where did thiS EBLAZING thing come from…we were a happy group until EBLAZING started throwing insults to respectable Gor fans…i’ll not be surprised if he’s the one who started throwing stones…sorry he/she could be an AFC fan…friends let’s take EBLAZING’s comments for granted.

  • Agwa Kassam says:

I am not afraid to take this route for the various reasons, though not obvious.

    1. Fans are human and cards in a football match are not to be spared for one team as opposed to another! Its the ref who kept the Muchiri guy in the pitch that long after he routinely made it a habit of hacking down Kevo, hacking down a fellow attracts cards..he should have been out in the early first half..fans could see all this!

    2. What about the Kitawi elbow and routine hacking of Rama? Fans are human and they could see this.

    3. I dare AFC guys to take things even further, last time they were going to court to challenge GM’s participation in CAF cup, let them do anything they want.

    4. There are people who are playing the civilized and modern, we simply don’t care, we go to stadium to watch football not a predestined game with a referee acting under the influence of unmentionables.
    5. I don’t call yesterday’s disciplining hooliganism.. a man cannot sit down and watch his privacy adversely invaded without exploding! That is unthinkable, let us not lie to ourselves..

  • Jackowili says:

@Eblazing receive Jesus Christ. Amen?… Receive…Obong’o taya woud Mary….receive….Nyarombo woud Daudi…Sibuor mar dho-od Yuda…Receive. Thank you, Now you can take your time and grow in the blog even as you grow in the lamb of God that was slain….Amen.

We will talk but its high time to honour the late MICHUKI in football by introducing alcohol blow gadgets on top of metal detectors, 2. Change all slabs with tar or tarmack or concrete because its these slabs that holigan destroyed before using pebbles as stones. For my kogalo blood and team. Waiting the return of LAVATSA and SELENGE plus NGWA

  • OKOTH JABILO says:

@ 48 Jackowili your facts have been well digested and I can not agree more. Surely it is very true Jackowili that if you support GOR MAHIA you either suffer from the “Phobia” mainly being fearful or you become a “Maniac” thus being very fanatic.

And as witnessed by some of the comments posted on this story it’s true we need to invite some of our fans urgently for spiritual healing. Bloggers like Eblazing and Jakoyo who i suspect @ Kosero must have infected them with K’galo-Phobia of which they are better off visting JO-NDHIWA or should I take them to Legio Maria very urgently to exorcise the ghost that is instilling them with the fearful mindset.

Some fans on this blog needs to prayed before they can pray for the club. Otherwise if fans like @Eblazing went to church on this past Sunday to pray for the team, then I will not be surprised with the outcome of the derby, definitely the prayers turned into a curse no wonder he can not reason with the rest.
@Eblazing can I propose we visit JO-NDHIWA to sort you out urgently?
What is your take? I will pay for the cost just like FKL will pay for the cost hosting AFC/
GOR super 8 clash in Mombasa. But still if they can not sort out sub standards officiating I fear for KPA because the little recreational might just end up being a shel of itself.

With Rama hitting form , Kevo recovering his tricks and Kitawi dazzling the defence I fear for FKL, GOR MAHIA as a club is a government unto itself wether they like it or not. The whole of Congo United and Bandari is purely K’Ogalo so FKL please handle the match very tactful or else do not blame us since FKL also is suffering K’Ogalo-Phobia,just like AFC.

I THANK YOU JO-NDHIWA AND WELL DONE GUY’S FOR YOUR SUPERB JOB. THEY ALL FEAR THE NAME OF YOUR GREAT SON FROM KANYMWA WHETHER ON OR OFF THE PITCH. I MEAN ALL INCLUDING YOUR OWN FOLLOWERS. THEY HAVE ALL ACCEPTED THAT YOU ARE ” THE MIGHTY GOR MAHIA “.

NOW GO YONDER AND CONQUER THEM ONE BY ONE WITHOUT MERCY.

  • OGANGO TRAILER says:

@ Jackowili i propose that you consult with @arrumtiddi
so as to enable @ JABILO to have a comprehensive list
of all brothers and sisters on this blog who require
    special prayers. As

Am surprised that one of own would wish Ali Abondo to
be jailed. While another one is very sacarstically
be-little his colleague with reference to kind of
jersey they wear “ADIDA” OR “LEGEA”.

Sometimes it makes pause and just read while laughing
them off.@ PUNDIT you have a valid question to us
bloggers. WHERE DID THESE CONFUSED THINGS COME FROM?

  • Eblazing says:

All the haters of the big Eblazing, Kosero and the like minded who call it as it is, take the shortest route. A rope and go hang or dive in the deepest of Lake Victoria. We are here to give alternative voice. Now ship it as you say!

  • Pundit says:

@EBLAZING..you are alone and since you dont want our prayers…MAY THE DEVIL FLY AWAY WITH YOU…and BLAZE in the fire.
@Bro Jackowili…this EBLAZING thing does not deserve our prayers so let’s forget about him…

  • After the game yesterday, it’s again very clear why this derby is always big news. The news is never about soccer and all soccer lovers better get used to that. Since its early days the derby has been accompanied by witchcraft, violence, death, riots, rough tackles, goals, misses, politics, insults and tribal talk. Nothing new here.

I must say i was impressed with Ingwe players. Anytime our man was down they showed sportsmanship by kicking out the ball very fast. Kudos guys! Our defenders showed courage and as Jabilo says ‘Jo Ndhiwa’ must have touched them.

We look forward to meeting Ingwe again.

I think Big Bob is already inspiring the unit to perform and soon the results will be there for all to see. Thanks again Bob.

  • OGANGO TRAILER says:

@ 56 Eblazing our prodigal son on this blog please for heaven sake who is that bagger
who misinformed you that you are “BIG” in K’Ogalo nation or are you dreaming in the
UTOPIAN world? Style up Bwana Eblazing. Please can you substitute the word “BiIG ”
With “IRRELEVANT”. which clearly describes your character as clearly justified with your
    comical comments.

For your information it is cowards like you who suffer from K’Ogalo-Phobia” that we expect to hang themselves. Where on earth do you the people from to the lake to die in lake Victoria which is an economic since the LUO immigration. Please seek Devine intervention from JABILO before you run nuts.

Common dictates that we all abhor hooliganism but when you use your selective reading to
imply that JBO take on poor officiating justifies that he supports the same VIRAL then you
Just lost. What JBO meant is that human nature is reactive to the prevailing circumstances of which in these cas was bias officiating.

Were you watching the match live at NYAYO or via the DSTV on the “Sofaset branch”

  • OGANGO TRAILER says:

@OKOTH JABILO how true is this story that the LEOPARD could not enter or use their respective changing for fear of ” JO- NDHIWA” and instead they opted to use their bus?

  • Eblazing says:

SHAAAAME to those who can never change with times. For your info am a lady respected in the core of Kogalo. Voice for the voiceless on this blog and elsewhere. You will read my observations again on the next topic. Like it or like it not. Ha ha ha.

As for the fellow who reffered to JBO’s comments as ‘childish’,and the other ruffian who called victor ali a disgrace and a liability,we wont handle you with kid gloves here, you, and your sympathisers are…for lack of a better word, ‘big, skull, bigger head no substance inside!

  • OKOTH JABILO says:

@ 60 OGANGO TRAILER i think my comrade @creative village has just summed up everything that takes place during this derby if you read his comments on post 58.

The “AFC pots man” from Nakuru saw dust when he tried to apply “RESEARCH” in their respective changing room earlier in the morning before kick off. JO-NDHIWA did remotely responded accordingly through our prayers at St.Stephen Church along Jogoo Rd.

@Pundit, O.Trailer and Jackowili please let us embrace @Eblazing because he is wishing himself all the bad omen. I would not like “JUOGI” to strangle him alive

@ Eblazing stop fighting with the mysterious spirit of GOR MAHIA. It is not the bloggers who are castigating but rather the spirits of K’Ogalo; So please for the sake of records withdraw those sentiments of wishing others calamity that you have at post no:56.

@ Eblazing have you heard about the story of one person called”GOR MAHIA”named after this club. If not then you are forgiven but if you then am very sorry for you.

My friend Eblazing if you are scared to watching a live derby in the of name GOR MAHIA F.C. then what magic will you use if he turns your wishes to haunt you in person.

STOP DYING FOR WHAT HAS ALREADY LABEL YOU AS AN OUTCAST

  • Eblazing says:

You are wasting your precious time and resources. Instead of insisting with EC to implement what bloggers suggest here you are hell bent on individuals who are expressing their own opinions. I suggested we motivate our players and someone calls it nonsense. Do you call it so just because Leopards have been doing so. Reinvent yourselves. We don even have our own portal. Check out in the next 48 hours The Leopards website which they call is going to be the best in Africa [@afcleopards.net]. They are launching insurance partnership with AAR thru Mumias Sugar. Whats the Tuzo sponsorship doing for us? Who is the beneficial party in all this? Tackle this pertinent issues than directing your small minds to small issues. Am here for the long haul. Rest assured and love you better get used to it.

  • ken otieno says:

Why are people talking much about GM fans while it is a known fact that poor officiating was the cause. Last year they caused chaos when they trailing 1-0 and the match was abandoned, NOBODY COMPLAINED .Now we hear that they wont play GM in the super 8. UJINGA mtupu. They know v well awatatosha. Congrats JBO and the boys.

  • Eblazing says:

Is it Jabilo or something like that @64 go on and waste your time with this thing of worshipping idols. There is only one mighty God. Non to praised and worshipped than HIM.

  • bachu says:

This is not about fans or Kogalo acceping defeat as some say. How many matches have we lost and walked home peacefully? We have grown better and we all know.

Poor officiating has always been the cause of trouble. The police also have a negative attitude towards Gor fans and that is why they chased our fans out ot he stadium. They are too quick to react and surely the fueled the trouble yesterday. They should be trained again on how to handle fans.
The team is maturing and very soon we will get a win and probably this could come on wednesday against Rangers. Keep it it up JBO and TM Tom.

To the players, you made me proud and especially Kasaya and Mose for your bold and brave gesture in quelling the tension.

    Keep it up……

jackowili please extend the prayers to the following individuals:
1-jakoyo (he referred to JBO’S comments as childish)
2-mcosweto(he called victor ali a disgrace and a liability)
3-Eblazing(for he knows not what he is doing).
You see, guys we love you and we need you in this great club.Thats ‘why we are praying for you.We want you to enjoy the good days of kogallo which are just around the corner,as predicted by our own @Ôkoth jabilo.

  • mwakio says:

@Eblazing as a matter of fact, your postings are outdated my dear, too many and very boring. They have lost the taste. My advice please keep them to yourself or efusi buddies.

We all abhor thuggery, hooliganisms, violet robbery but we cannot keep on dwelling on one item. JBO was 100% right in his comment as many coaches will do the same.

@Pundit, O.Trailer and Jackowili you have told her the truth as she has gone overboard.

Was she in the stadium to watch the poor officiating or was she part of the officiating team. Please spare us energy for the next game. Are you have with Rama, Kevo and Kitawi injuries?

  • Eblazing says:

@69, your name is not easy to write. Between the guys you have mentioned, Jackowili and Jabilo who is subscribing to the almighty God and who is hellbent on traditions to curse people? Would want to know who is who so that we reason at those levels. Thats the only request I will ever make of you. Thank you.

  • mwakio says:

@Eblazing, are you happy with Rama, Kevo and Kitawi injuries?

I have not heard your comments on these injuries that were afflicted by your efusi buddies! Please be objective and not one sided.

May be our Lord Jesus Christ will have mercy on you and you too will see light like Paul while going to Damascus to persecute christians. May holly spirit show u the light.

  • OKOTH JABILO says:

@ 67 Eblazing OKOTH JABILO is spiritually aligned to the christian religion and my denomination is catholic church. But when it comes to matters relating to football i fanatical respect the name and origin of GOR MAHIA F.C.

Its only that i do no shy from identifying with JO-NHDIWA for the sake of K’Ogalo culture just like the CATALANS and BARCELONA or the METADORS and REAL MADRID or AFC and NABONGO MUMIA in mumias.

JABER just stay put if JO-NDHIWA happen to invade you and please give me a shout for immediate rescue immediately when in need. Otherwise the only other alternative is to remove “THE K’OGALO-PHOBIA”jigger disturbing your brain and adopt”K’OGALO-MANIAC” spirit.

  • OKOTH JABILO says:

@ 68 Eblazing if you cant beat them then join them thus says the wise saying and since you have some kind of sentimental attachment to AFC why not cross over JABER. In fact it will be a win win situation for both parties. AFC will have a new catch and for bloggers it will be a good riddance. And now that you are in the know that tomorrow AFC will launch their portal it quite timely for us part ways peaceful.

Personally I thought you are a HE. To my surprise you claim to be SHE/lady respected within the core of K’Ogalo and how come you reason like a confused slut. Why can’t you use ROSELINDA ACHIENG to channel your ideas instead shedding crocodile tears like HAGUE bound criminals.

Can you go ahead and spill the bins by defining the kind of respect you are accorded? And by who? Based on what?. And who are you settling the score for to the extent that you can take on JBO negatively? Tell us all please. Who is your paymaster?

ON THIS BLOG YOU CANT BE RESPECTED BY SIMPLY SPREADING YOUR LEGS TO THE HIGHER OFFICE HOLDERS WITHIN THE EC IF THAT IS WHAT YOU MEANT BY CALLING YOURSELF ALTERNATIVE VOICE OF CONFUSION AND DESTRUCTION.

And for your info be informed that JBO is happily married so keep a distance please. And i will urge JBO to keep on confiscating players cellphones once they are in camp. You Eblazing and your friends who know themselves you have contributed adversely in the current dip of form in K’Ogalo players and as such you are a pathetic disgrace in this blog.

  • Eblazing says:

Great minds discuss issues. Small minds discuss individuals. Discuss some of the issues underlined @ 65 and stop being myopic.

  • mwakio says:

@?Eblazing you are now too much. I suggest you these comments to your efusi boyfriend before you are booted.

  • Agwa kassam says:

O’trailer and other real time GM members, i agonise alot for our injured playes, how are they? Kindly sober up ön individuals playing saints, the writing is on the wall ‘its the duty of the ref to protect players if he doesn’t we direct him to do it’.

  • OGANGO TRAILER says:

Enough guys I think our “DIVA” must have by now realized that she took her jokes too far. Let’s forgive her PLEASE … I still have a feeling that she is still raw in football matters especially with regard to K’Ogalo and JBO who particularly.

Pole Eblazing it’s a pity that you have been very active in your post although you joined this blog just the other day and unfortunately “KUKU YA MASHAMBANI HAI WIKI MJINI”. I will contact Ja Ngere to take you through some proper induction until you fit in squarely.

Eblazing did the ” ADIDAS orLEGEA” army or rather K’Ogalo hooligans damage your car? If that is the case then you have the reason to be furious to hooliganism but just keep JBO out of it. Contact Ja Ngere another villager who as much as I advice him to keep off or avoid hot spots during K’Ogalo derby ; he will end up calling me a rumor-mongerier and know he has no choice other than visiting JUA KALI to salvage his assets.
JA NGERE POLE SANA OSIEPA HAYO NI MAMBO DUNIA.

  • Eblazing says:

JABILO or whatever I care. You will tire yourself. You will be the one who will surrender in writing anything about me. Am taking you head on. Watch on Wed at the main stand who I will be seated with. Am a proud Kogalo diva and respected by the group. Come out on Wed at the main stand and see whether you can stand before me. Thats why us Luo gals prefer the Luhya guys to these proud and arrogant for nothing traditional polygamists like yourself. Come face on Wed.

  • arrumtiddi says:

KWA HAYO MACHACHE YA OGANGO TRAILER,lets close this discussion.Next case!

  • OKOTH JABILO says:

@Eblazing which ideas are you talking about at your post no:65. Please be informed that those wonderful ideas were brainchild of none other MWAKIO and PREYIO OLE LERUE how K’Ogalo die-hards from land of DAWIDA and MAA respectively immediately after elections .

So there is nothing for you to write about a part from borrowing our wonderfully think-tanks and justifying why your boyfriends within the EC have not implemented them.

And since you claim to be closer and respected within the same EC why can’t you use that influence to have the bloggers wonderful ideas implemented forthrightly. You have what it takes to make it happen. WACHA PANG’ANG’A jabber. This site has archives for references.

  • Jackowili says:

@Eblezing I gave you Jesus Christ whom you are rejecting and to clear any doubts, I furnished you with scriptures for your spiritual nourishment. What more clarification do you require? I am happy we are heading somewhere because some of that vail has come off and in a way we have some idea who we are dealing with.
What we are saying is you are part of this blog. You only need to know that this blog is our social club and our love for Gor Mahia is what brings us together.

If you are patient, you will come to appreciate this blog as a place for learning..(remember learning never ceases)…a place where iron sharpens iron… a resource centre for Kenyan peoples culture and behavioural studies…an entertainment spot…a meeting point…and even more important…a forum for deliberation on matters to develop Gor Mahia and take it to the next level. Be patient and you will get to know people like Wuonpap, Pareyio ole Lelerue, Albert Kosero, Jasawagongo, Pod Antie, Ja Ngere, Nyar Kogalo, Le Pastre, Ochigah, Dan….the list is endless. In a nutshell you can take a walk through people’s minds in this blog if you are patient and are ready to grow with us. There is alot you will learn about Gor Mahia here and Kenyan football at large. Did you ever here of a referee called Williams Ngaa? How about Ruo Kimani Ruo? A player called Malupi Makuto? How about Patrick ‘Amin’ Omuse? Ever heard of Apingo Nyawawa?

My sister here we go wrong and graciously apologize when shown the light. Listen to the wise counsel of ndugu Mwakio, Arrumtiddi, Jabilo, Pundit, etc. Just listen to them, then take time to digest it.

May the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ that surpasses all understanding be with you always. Amen.

  • Eblazing says:

Jackowil, I like sober approach to issues. Compare that to militant comments by a Mr. Jabilo. Am a good listener to good speakers like yourself. Thank you.

  • mwakio says:

@Eblezing, why refer bloggers to traditional polygamists? I think as your name reflects, you can blaze many Luo men but not Taita men. I’m glad that my wife is from Alego waiting to produce another Obama. I do also confirm that my wife cannot blaze me like yourself.

Please do not be emotional just sober up and I will get you a handsome brown man from Taita.

  • OKOTH JABILO says:

Eblazing whether you will be sitting next to whoever your EC point man is or your hubby or mpango wa kando it’s none of my business. Inffact iI pity that person, How would be born again Chritstian wish others death in the name of football unless you are a devil worshipper.

EAT YOUR WORDS LIKE A HUMBLE PIE. THIS IS GOR MAHIANS BLOG SO IT MATTERS LESS WHO YOU ARE. On this blog we have people from walks of life and we know each other so well so if i tell you to shut just shut up and APOLOGIZE ACCORDINGLY. JUST DO THE NEEDFUL AND DO NOT GO TO THE EXTENT OF EXPOSING YOUR IGNORANCE TO THE UNKNOWN.

By the way are you that beautiful lady with jersey labelled “NYAR MACH” or what have you tagged on your jersey.

Tell that gentleman also to update you on current issue’ s other than just posting your frustration. Our match with rangers was postponed pending court decision for your info.

  • mwakio says:

@Eblezing, am willing to offer you a solution so that you do not scare gentlemen like okoth jabilo and others

  • OGANGO TRAILER says:

@ OKOTH JABILO the DIVA has given in please and if am not wrong @ her post on 83 she has confessed reluctantly and greed to be converted by Jackowili @ post 82. Well done @ Jackowili but you still have two more serious cases to deal with if you did read @arrumtiddi on post no: 69.

Please @ Jackowili keep us posted and updated regarding their response and change of attitude on this blog Otherwise if they grow horns , then don’t hesitate to hand them over to JABILO and let him deal with them as a matter of urgency just like this previous one.

  • Eblazing says:

Thank you for the info about Wed match. Thats what an official portal of the club should be doing. You say bright ideas have been liberated on here before. Where is the implementation? All have been implemented by Leopards and you not even bothered. Just mouthin. Good to know that am beautiful Luo woman and proud at that. FYI, AM engaged. My rear wind screen was smashed and side mirror broken by the bang smoking gangs and you expect me to laugh about it. By the time I replace the screen of an ML you can guess the sweat I will go thru!

  • mwakio says:

@Eblezing pole for what happened to your car. We all must condemn this act of thuggery, lawlessness, hooliganism, wanton destruction of properties etc. Fans please let us learn to have peaceful demonstration because the pain most of us go through while repairing our cars is not a good experience at all. Let us not vent our anger on personal properties.

@Eblezing please forgive this goons and there days are numbered. I have been a victim of this form of thuggery. Just take heart.

Am once again very apologetic sister to what befell you.

  • OKOTH JABILO says:

Pole Eblazing for what happened but please just keep JBO out of the whole mess. This guy is a respected legend with a rich history as player for GOR MAHIA and HARAMBEE STARS. HE IS WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE GOR MAHIA OUT OF TURBULENT WATER

And on a light note let me advice you that derby pitting AFC and GOR are always very unpredictable because of this “JUOGI THING”. I also parked around the arena behind the main stand but immediately i predicted fracas, my inner instinct or “JUOK MA K’OGALO” immediately decided that i shoulkd take off via SOUTH B and C respectively through industrial area and watched the remaining 20 minutes on super sports when am safe with my L/R 110.

So Eblazing instead of having blanket condemnation on JBO comments just be smart on where you pack and how safe you get yourself out the stadium.

Otherwise good night and sleep well and remember to pray for us not to hang ourselves or drown in deep into L.Victoria.

I will also send your apology to JO-NDHIWA and i hope they retract thier anger and will calm down. PLEASE FEEL MOST WELCOMED TO BLOG TOMORROW WHEN FRESH.

  • Eblazing says:

Thank you all and have a blessed sleep. I retract any non-sensecal stuff posted hereof.

  • Jackowili says:

Thank you…I am proud of people who are not ashamed to make a U-turn. Actually that is wisdom..Glory.. Glory…Glory…Halleluya.

@Ogango Trailer point noted but my brother I want to tell you that some require prayer with fasting…

Ehh! What an evening! Goodnight diva…Goodnight Okoth Jabilo…Goodnight honourable members of the blog.
