Up Next : Karuturi

Gor Mahia are due to face Karuturi sports club in the next TPL match to be played on Saturday October 20. The flowermen have always been a tough nut to crack especially at their home ground in Naivasha popularly known as Old Trafford. Thankfully this game will be played at City Stadium.

Coach Logarusic understands the danger posed by Karuturi and says the team will approach this match cautiously.

Dependable defenders Chris Wekesa and Ivan Anguyo will be missing from the lineup due to suspensions.

The match will be officiaated by Isaac Ochieng from Nairobi who will be the centre referee assisted by Peter Kiereini,  Oliver Omondi  and Tabitha Wambui.

The match will be televised by Supersport

    We’ll be there to cheer the team. Coach pls close on the many loopholes at the back(defense) being caused by Musoti. Minus Wekesa and Anguyo I’ve found out the combination of David Owino & Mohamed Musa working out well as the best combination for the central defense; except for height their timing is good.

  • I’m sure we will win as God has been with us all along. At least Mwakio’s prayers are always answered. Let’s approach the game as a final and as fans let’s not put undue pressure on the players. As much as we think our defence is not that stable it’s not second after Tusker’s in goals conceeded. Let the offence put away those half chances and the defence will not be under any pressure

    A draw will be fair….our defence is very shaky.

  • @Jakoyo, a draw is a loss to us (hope you are one of us). We have to win and I’m sure we are not going to start losing today. Look at the table and see how reliable that ‘shaky’ has held compared to the other strong defences. The other thing is that if the defence conceeds the offense ensures that we have a goal difference of one or more per game.

    @Jakoyo you seem to be more informed. What informs your decision to call our defense shaky? You must have watched other GM matches after our last game against Muhoroni (which the rest of K’Ogalo family never watched).

    I wish bloggers could understand this man Jakoyo. The man only wishes to stir controversy otherwise he does not believe an iota of what he posts. So @Dan rest easy. Jakoyo is one of us, but some of his comments are weather-dependent. We are all behind the boys and we believe in them to deliver even today because it is the next match.

    @Arrumtiddi Hi!
