Gor Mahia pursue David Owino

In a bid to further shore up the defense, Gor Mahia are in negotiations with David Owino from Karuturi sports club. Owino has been training with the club this week and is a central defender. He could provide much needed support for the defense which was not as solid as it was in 2010. Owino is a central defender. Gor Mahia have now added two central defenders (including Lloyd Wahome) but are yet to sign a full back which was another area of weakness.

And in a story that appears on futaa.com, coach Anaba Awono claims he is not aware of the signings of Rama Salim and Wycliff Kasaya. Which begs the questions as to whether the technical bench is being consulted.
