Hassan Oktay

The British coach of Turkish descent took over at Kogalo at the beginning of the 2019-2020 season. Despite a rocky start, Oktay was an excellent coach. Under Oktay, Kogalo retained the national league title. Under Oktay also, Gor Mahia became the first Kenyan team to qualify for the group stage of a continental tournament and also to proceed beyond the group stage.

Oktay left at the beginning of the 2019-2020 issues to return to Turkey and take care of his ailing parents.
