Erisa Sekisambu arrives in camp
Gor Mahia’s new signing, Erisa Sekisambu whose arrival had been delayed due to disagreements over his signing bonus, has reported to the KOgalo camp in Nakuru.

The center forward penned a two-year deal with the reigning Kenyan Premier league champions in late October but money had not exchanged hands hence delaying the completion of the move.
The 23-year-old former Vipers SC player is expected to join the rest of the team as they begin a one week camp in Nakuru County on Wednesday morning.
Erisa Ssekisambu’s arrival adds to six the number of foreign players at KPL Champions and the club will have to drop or loan one to create space for the Ugandan vibrant international.
Erisa Ssekisambu was at Uganda Premier League Champions Vipers Sports Club last season and joins fellow Ugandan Shafik Batambuze at the K’Ongalo.
Geoffrey Ochieng
Gor Mahia have signed Western Stima defender Geoffrey Ochieng.
“Ochieng is our player, he has been signed on a four-year deal and we are excited to have him on board. He has enough quality to be a top defender, and he will definitely fit our playing system.” said CEO Omondi Aduda to goal.com
Ochieng joined Stima from Kisumu Palos. He has previously been a transfer target of several KPL teams including Gor Mahia, Bandari and Sofapaka. He can play at either fullback or central defence.
Not sure if sportpesa have a say on squad size. We have 34/36 players in camp. Surely can we trim this big squad to a manageable number of say 26/27 and in the process cut our bloated wage bill ? ….another issue for AGM to ponder

@Jakoyo I think what you are suggesting is already in the plans of EC. That squad will be trimmed down to 27. It’s just unfortunate that there is no hope of returning Teddy Osok, Oliver Maloba and our wonderboy in Mathare back to the fold.

Ja’Asego, blitzkrieg is only possible with the likes of Boniface Omondi, Blackberry and Innocent Wafula. Unfortunately Innocent Wafula is not in our CAF roster. However, as you suggest that would be the best antidote.
BB we will make up for lack of Innocent Wafula by using the electric speed and agility of Shafik Batambuze so we build up from the wingbacks who then send it centrally to the holding midfielders who spread it wide to the flanks as it is brought it to the strikers for finishing. We will make them run till they break their midfield defensive line chasing the ball…

Can Kerr respectfully concentrate on his new job as he chose to leave of his own volition. I have been reading too many articles mara he says this mara that all in reference to K’Ogalo vis a vis his new job at Leopards. I take offence at him talking of our problems to South African media and other sites who won’t stop interviewing him. Kerr just help your new team avoid relegation as that is your main deliverable target according to your contract and forget Mayienga atleast the negatives. Talk of us in good light only but some sentiments are not important like our financial challenges that you keep yapping about day i day out on social media…

@Jakoyo, why Jabaridi? You are not part of the committee and this youra-nena-yawa football can be confined to only one team in Kenya which is Ingwe. I hope it is not cold syndrome which is affecting your environment. We need entertaining football but not Ingwe style of piga mbele mbele football. Roberto Gonclaves is a good coach even by the way he guided rayon sports tactfully past us in the latter stages of Caf speaks highly of his coaching credentials.
