It’s a wake up call to K’ogalo. We have to be active in the transfer market. We need another experienced goalkeeper to enhance competition in that department.

Looks like the election process is affecting us. We don’t look settled while Tusker looks so. We seroisly need cover for Musa and Nasio. Both can be low at times. We still don’t have enough support for Danny from the middle. Those long balls ain’t good for him. Our fans also need to be patient with new players. Not giving Kariuki the Morale he needs while playing for a pressure-team like gor can unsettle anybody. Surely the TB must have seen some things which we as fans cannot see. If we can land Atudo and Mieno then we will be OK, though we will have to work extra hard to beat Tusker and Ingwe to the two.
Let’s vote wisely tomorrow since the election results can make or break the team

Right now seems all officials are concentrating on elections because no one wants to loss there seat so that’s why no body is bothering about transfers. They will come to wake up when it’s too late.

Apart from the pathetic structures & lack of planning by Gor management of concern is the lack of dept in the current squad.
We r over-relying on the same set of players even 4 offseason matches that can be given the 2nd eleven. This could be exposing them 2 a burn out since the players had just concluded the gruelling CECAFA tourney.
WHY NOT GIVE THE LIKES OF BATARO A CHANCE 2 PROVE THEMSELVES IN THE OFF SEASON GAMES OR R SOME PLAYERS PERMANENT “SPARRING” PARTNERS.

Although Gor won the league, their display was very boring. And it was also today against Tusker. Under Williamson, only 2 games were worth the time and money I spent on the gate. GOtv quarters win against Thika at city stadium and Gotv final, loss against AFC. The rest of the matches were lackluster and were won by luck and I don’t see more luck next season. Before June next year, I am sure many people will agree with me that Williamson is not a coach.

This election has come at a wrong time. This is the time that we need a settled office to buy new players. As things stands at the moment, seems the current office has shifted their focus to the elections, that’s why we are only targeting players but not signing them. We need experienced players who can help us in the tough competions awaiting us next year.

I am currently in Dar and the Simba fans I have interacted with are not exited at all about Mapunda. They say he is prone to too many errors. Could Mapunda be a case of overrated goalkeeper? I am happy he has left to pave way for Bataro who is an up coming keeper.
I have said here before that I am not worried about player who are leaving. All I know is that the TB are working behind the scenes to get the right players for the job. Who knew Kevin Oluoch before yesterday? Kwa hiyo let us leave the big names to Ingwe.

Some of you are in panick mode which is unnecessary. What did you expect at a time like this? We are on election mode and its normal for all offices not to commit. Look even during a country’s election no investor or even the remaining govt officials commits to anything. Its only that people are focused with what is happening at the Den and expects the same here. Personnaly my prayer is we be done with these elections today so that the newly elected office get down to the business of recruitement. If we have to recruit lets go for the young experienced technically gifted players and not just big names. Why recruit someone who will serve you 1 or 2 years. CAF is just but one tournament to be fought over there are others. I agree with one comment here please please lets not demoralise the new players coz it takes time for players to build confidence. How long did it take for Calabar to reach to this level. IT TAKES TIME.

Namba 12. Douglas Otieno, you are very right, av never believed and will never believe in Bobby Williamson, it is actually bcz of Zdravko Logarusic that Gor won the league, BW has not proved his worth, he lost our shield to AFC cz of poor fielding n lack of proper preps. When Afc camped in mumias he was busy showing the trophy from one place to another. Indiscipline is high in the team and he doesn’t take any action. He could not even lift DSTV cup against Tusker unlike Loga who swept everything apart from the league title he lost by a whisker. Our quality of play is downward. WE MUST LOOK FOR A COACH OTHERWISE THE SAME FATE THAT BEFELL TUSKER THIS SEASON WILL BEFALL US.

Those complaining about the EC should be at Nyayo electing their prefered officials or else they better put up with the ‘bad’ officals the others will have elected.
On the coach even Loga, Zico were criticised by a section of the fans so it happens all the time. Even Mourinho would face the same wrath. By the way can we get names of these good coaches

For the sake of peace the old team should relinquish their positions to the new team. We will then see them build a stadium for us, get us Shs 200m sponsorship, get us the best players in the region and then Gor will be like another TP Mazembe.
I can assure them that the reverse will happen, Danny and all the best players will leave, the sponsor will not renew the sponsorship, hooliganism will be the order of the day, the gentleman in BW and JBO will not allow them to be part of such a TB, Ingwe will be beating us left , right and centre, relegation will be beckoning for the team and attendance will be left to the goons.
I hope I am wrong but I fear that I could be right

Am so proud of GM members 4 halting a sham exercise.
Imagine pretending 2 hold an election without even an election board however baised in favour of the incumbents.
Even Kanu/Moi and Kibaki didn’t stoop as low as GM’s bloated executive community.
Its either the height of arrogance or naivity & its shows the high levels of administrative ineptitude of the current officials.
Thank-you again members you’ve saved Mighty K’galo once again.
Such actions stopped “Flava’s” departure winning GM the TPL.

Yes that’s very unfortunate to know, i am irked to learn about as i travel back to the city. But i honestly believe elections abort coz of two major factors ie. Improper election codes aimed at rigging people in and out. And candidates refusing to accept loss. I can not agree that a new team should be ushered into the office by being ‘left for’ as Dan orig puts it, no let the current guyz give room for proper elections.

As it is the club now has no officials so who signs new players or even the players’ allowances? Then we will complain when the other teams sign the best players. At least we won the league this year. Next year it will be ‘God help us’. Of all things we will now be under a caretaker office. Only the most desperate of players will be willing to join us now and ours will have a reason to depart. After all they now depend on football to make a living. So sad. Who will even organize for the Mapinduzi cup preparations? And who will negotiate with the new players when they are not in office? This is the time we will need Nyamweya to sort you out while we have not been having some nice words for him

@I guess this dan original guy is always one of gor mahia officials, how can you tell us that the outgoing officials should continue taking care of the club and yet the election was aborted at the eleventh hour when all the officials had stepped down to give room for the elections.I also guess you went to school and you know some of the fkf, sport acts rules and regulations concerning elections.please don’t try to buldoze us with something that does not appear anywhere in the constitution, currently we don’t have any official in gor mahia office because they had stepped down to pave way for elections.so the original guy you should know that our club gor mahia is currently in the hands of fkf president nyamewya to appoint interim team to take care of the club.so your opinion is null and void and does not hold water, please always be informed while you make comments, don’t always try to be mr.clean every know and then.otherwise let us pray for this our beloved team because what i saw in the stadium with Adede guy carrying the chokaa mafia who are always grabbing plots there and ready to do anything,we wont go anywhere those guys does not value human life and can do away with any one.please this club might sink at this critical point if the sobber kogalo fans are not careful.the bhang smoking goons were full in stadium and from what i saw they don’t have the interest of club at heart, let us stand up,think and think again and resurrect this club or else we are going back to the days we used to collect money in the stadium for players.i rest my case.

@Jack Omollo, please read my comments carefully and you will not misinterpret it as you have. We left the elections to the so-called goons to elect our officials. AS bloggers as usual we ‘voted’ with our feet but expect the best to govern the club. Remember choices have consequences.
I feel pity for the players and TB. As fans our lives continue. Tomorrow as we discuss Gor affairs we will be in our offices, clubs, colleges etc. But how about the players?. The big question is whether we will accept negative results with such preparations. The same goons will then expect positive results after sch shambolic preparations
