Oktay speaks highly of Oliech and Gnamian
Coach Hassan Oktay is adamant that Dennis Oliech is a top class player and will play a crucial role for Kogalo in the 2019-2020 season.
“Oliech is in my plans for the new season. I still need Oliech and he knows the same, we will use him again and we already named him in the squad for the CAF Champions League. It shows you we are banking on him again for the new season and he will be part of us.” he said to goal.com
Oliech was sidelined by an injury at the end of last season. Oktay has always said that Oliech sets an excellent example for other players due to his professional approach.
Oktay is also impressed with the new Ivorian striker.
“He is a top striker, a very good striker who can score goals. I have already watched him in training since he arrived and he has proved to me he will be an instant hit for my side. ” Oktay said to goal.com
Oktay also offered a projection for Gnamian’s stats during this season.
“I will give him around 25 goals for the new season, I know he can reach the target, He has the pace and can easily trouble the defenders, I am looking forward to watching him play when the season starts.”
Oktay however said he knows nothing about the Ghanaian Afiriye
“I don’t know anything about him [Afriyie], I have not seen him in training, so I have no idea who the player is.
“I only talk about the players whom I have in training and cannot speak on someone I have not seen.” he concluded.

Gnamian is officially approved after oktay’s endorsement. Thats the right path to follow and not other sideshows plus self seeking pronouncements by hungry crooks masquerading as Gor officials.
Hassan Oktay leaves tomorrow for Turkey to sort out family issues but is not sure if he will come back. Remember Dylan Kerr who cheated his neck needed medical attention only to surface in South Africa as coach of Black Leopards. Hassan Oktay is as good as somebody who have left. Though he says he will communicate to the chairman in 5 days time.
