Your Posts are not being blocked
Every now and then complaints are received from bloggers that their posts are being censored or blocked. Yes this does happen sometimes. But it is not done by a human being. It is the spam control software on the server that is mistaking your posts for spam. There are a number of reasons why your post might be blocked or delayed
- Posts that are too long: If you have a lot to say, consider braking your post into multiple posts instead of one long post
- Posts that have links: These will almost always be delayed because the anti-spam software needs to check if the link is legitimate and is not a link to a spam website.
- If you use certain words especially swear words, or foul language, chances are your post will not only be delayed, it will be deleted by the server software.
